Beautiful beach condo with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo is located on Okaloosa Island and is one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in Florida, if not the world! The gulf can be seen and the waves can be heard from the greatroom, as well as the master bedroom. Newly installed windows and doors add to the beauty of this condo. This spacious condo provides tv viewing in each bedroom, as well as a HDTV the greatroom. Fully equipped kitchen with a view of the intercoastal waterway for your cooking pleasure if you choose. Or you may want to just have a cup of coffee on the patio while watching for dolphins. If you choose to dine out there are many options with our personal recommendations.


Rental Age Requirements: Emerald Isle Club (this unit) will not rent to anyone under 25 years of age. Immediate eviction and loss of rental money will result. Any reservations obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payments, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in and/or subject to immediate eviction. Great vacation!

Property was very clean and in a great location! Easy access to the pool and beach and close to several restaurants. We went out to eat and had plenty of space at the condo to order in. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, good amenities. Enjoyed pool deck with grills for team dinner. Easy beach access. Pool area clean. Nice to have 2 chairs and umbrella provided. Showers could have been a little cleaner. Maybe a few more bath towels. Overall, great stay!

Great place just bring your beach towels and broom lol

Great place, very clean. Super close to the beach. Only complaints are no beach towels or items (cooler or extra chairs) and the place states a extra fee for excessive sand but doesn’t provide a broom. Did have to go out and buy one.

Wonderful condo!

This is such a nice condo. The views from the living room and master bedroom are wonderful. This condo is spacious and super clean. It’s just a short walk to the pool and beach. The pool is very clean also. Communication with owners was great and You can tell they take pride in their place. We appreciated the hooks on the wall in the entry. It was nice to have a place to hang beach towels. My only suggestion is to add a non-slip bath mat to the showers. I think build up sunscreen made them slippery. Overall, a very wonderful place. I’d love to stay here again and have recommended this place to friends.

Balcony Bliss

Took my son for a 3 day Spring Fishing trip (it’s Cobia season after all). The condo was magnificent - clean, well appointed, spacious and above all a deck/balcony with a view to die for. We had all 3 dinners on the balcony (Thai delivery day one and our fish on day 2&3). The view is incredible- the emerald waters the sound of the breakers, but most amazing is the view of the Dunes that they are preserving right in front of the condo. I use to go to FWB EVERY year in the 90’s and that Dune view really brought back the memories, because it was not so built up like it is now. This was a lovely bonding trip with my son - and Kris n Rudy’s place was key - thank u guys, we will definitely book again!! Dan

Why they chose this property

Rudy and I fell in love with the beautiful white sand beach and the gulf waters. Our complex has 70 units, which we enjoy. We have the pleasure of getting to know our fellow owners, as well as meeting guests vacationing here.

What makes this property unique

Because of our location, we have the benefit of peace and quiet. Guests can enjoy the beach, restaurants, shopping and activities without the congestion of Destin.
In the condo, we provide a book with all the "things to do" on the island and surrounding areas.
