The Space:

Step into this expansive residence that echoes with the rhythm of spacious living. As you cross the threshold, a grand open-concept kitchen harmonizes with a groovy living room, setting the stage for a melodic stay. To the left, a full bathroom, laundry area, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom compose a symphony of comfort. Ascend the stairs, and to the right, discover another full bathroom, a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and the ensuite bunk room, creating a chorus of retreats.



Descend into the lower level, where a karaoke stage awaits, inviting you to unleash your inner rockstar. A queen bedroom, complete with its own bathroom, adds a bass note of luxury. Off the living room, a bright sunroom, with a breakfast nook and an inviting couch, becomes a cadence of relaxation. Follow the musical notes outside to the backyard, where the heated pool (heated from October to April) provides the perfect backdrop for soaking up the sun. Parking: You can comfortably fit 2 cars in the driveway, but this neighborhood also has free street parking for any additional cars.

This home is a private residence, so you get the entire place to yourself!



The Neighborhood:

Tempe, AZ, is a dynamic city with a diverse community and a youthful vibe. Home to Arizona State University, it offers outdoor activities like kayaking on Tempe Town Lake and hiking in Papago Park. The cultural scene thrives with art galleries and theaters, while Mill Avenue provides a lively nightlife. Sports fans can catch games at Sun Devil Stadium, and families can enjoy attractions such as the Arizona Science Center. With a mix of urban and outdoor pursuits, Tempe provides a vibrant and inclusive environment for residents and visitors alike.



Getting Around:

This home is in a very residential neighborhood. There is ample parking in the driveway, and free parking down the street for anyone who doesn't fit in the driveway. Please be mindful of the neighbors when parking! Tempe is most easily explored via car, but there is also the light rail (similar to an above ground subway) that provides access around the ASU campus area and downtown Phoenix.



Other Things to Note:

Backyard Safety measures: The back gate has a pull string that is high up, but isn’t self-closing. Pool alarms are installed on all the windows from the back of the home to the pool area, and the door from the backyard has a secondary child handle where you have to open two handles at the same time. There are also locks on the frame of the windows to the backyard that are screwed down to prevent the windows from sliding open.



Heated Pool: $100 per night pool heating fee. Pool heating is available October to April.



Any cancellation refund issued will be less the cost of payment processing fees incurred (these are typically 4%, but vary by booking platform). Because payment processing fees are incurred at the time the reservation is made and are not refunded by the payment processor, we must subtract this amount from any refund that we issue.



We require both a waiver and ID upload prior to receiving check-in instructions.You are welcome to request the waiver terms prior to booking if interested.



Interaction with Guests:

I'll always be available during your stay for anything you may need. I sign off usually around 8pm to spend time with family, but in case of any emergencies, you can always give me a call!
