Spend the winter steps from the coast. Our newly furnished top-floor condo is a short walk to the turquoise water of Jupiter Beach and close to the area's best restaurants and attractions. End your days watching the sunset from your private, shaded screened lanai, or unwind by the community pool. Set up for monthly stays with [full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace]. Top floor means quiet, with no neighbors overhead.

-30-night minimum stay, per HOA rules.

-HOA registration is required before arrival. We'll send the form after booking; please allow 7 days. Guests provide ID and vehicle details.

-No pickup trucks permitted on the property, per HOA. Please plan your vehicle accordingly.

-No pets.

Excellent Condo!

Stayed here for the month of February. The unit was immaculate and has everything you could possibly want for a great stay. Pictures are accurate. Location is perfect - close to the community pool easy walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. One of the best VRBO rentals we have ever done.
