The unit is fully furnished with designer furniture and is fully stocked with every amenity from the high-end hotel linens, gourmet cooking and kitchen utensils, to the european washer/dryer.
High-speed internet and all utilities are included.
For the wine aficionados, landlord would provide, at a modest additional cost, a Vinoview wine vault by Wine Enthusiast.
