The cabin was perfect. Had everything you needed and more. Been wanting to rent a cabin on the river for a long time and couldn't ask for a better one. Eating on the deck and watching people fishing and tubing and seeing the train come by was an extra.
The location of the cabin is right on the river and the view from the deck was beautiful. It is about a 20 minute drive into downtown Blue Ridge. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed fishing every morning just steps away from the cabin. The cabin itself was very clean and well stocked. We appreciated the skewers available for the fire pit and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Some things to note: bedroom 4 is part of the large master bedroom upstairs. There is a door to separate the sleeping area, the bathroom is shared. Also, be prepared to drive through a small creek bed as you near the cabin. We had no problems getting through in our car (sedan). The host was quick to respond and check in a breeze. We will definitely look to stay in this cabin again on our next trip to Blue Ridge!

Secluded luxury home on the river relaxes!
Loved this immaculate beautiful home right on the river! Very private, beautiful location on a creek and the river! Easy access to the river, lovely getaway- everything you need is there except your fishing poles and smores fixings! A perfect break from our busy lives in Atlanta! Serene and relaxing!
A wonderful stay for a multi generational week long vacation.
Very clean home, incredibly well equipped kitchen, and huge outdoor space…which is where we spent most of our time.
Right on the river with lots of privacy. Excellent communication with owners. Worry free stay. Highly recommend.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. There was so much wonderful outdoor space, we were able to play games, roast marshmallows, float the river, and do a lot of fishing.
The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked most nights and had plenty of cookware, utencils, and dishes.
Beds were comfy, there were a lot of towels for the seven of us and it really felt like everyone had their own spaces if they wanted it.
The best part about the house is definitely the decks, we spent the majority of time on one or the other. They are shaded, have lighting and fans, and lots of comfy seating. Plus you get an amazing view of the Toccoa.
The owners were very responsive to any questions I had and there lots of helpful suggestions of what to do in the area. Thanks for a lovely stay!
The cabin is beautiful and spacious. All the amenities you would need. The river is great and we did see the train come through. My only complaints:
Dont allow pets (huge piles of dog crap in the yard.
He cabin is surrounded by other cabins. Literally on 3 sides of you. I like going to the mountains to get away not be in a subdivision.
Get rid of neighbors dogs. Literally had to listen to them bark anytime your outside at night. Couldn't enjoy the fire pit
We had a wonderful experience! This house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and met all of our needs for a memorable family get-together! The host was very accomodating and returned our messages in a timely manner. Will definitely be booking again!
This house and the location was absolutely beautiful! There is not one single negative thing we could say. We were so thankful. Hoping to make a return visit again next fall.
The cabin is right on the river. We enjoyed sitting on the huge deck watching the fishing boats, kayakers and tubers go by. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked and trout fishing right on the property was a big plus. The house is lovely on 5 acres at the end of a one lane road. If you are looking for a quiet and serene place to spend some time unwinding, then this is the place for you. Diane
We had a great family vacation. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for the entire family on the large, covered deck that overlooks the Toccoa River. Quiet and very relaxing.
We had a wonderful time in Mineral Bluff. It was close to the lake, and tubing. We are already planning a trip next year. It was very spacious and relaxing for a family of 4. My family spent many hours fishing on the property and we caught a few!
We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It's well stocked and perfectly located. We had a minor issue with the AC, we contacted Tina, and the issue was addressed immediately! We will definitely be back!!!
Was very beautiful. We enjoyed the wildlife and occasional boxer siting. Inside was very nice. The back porch was awesome. We watched the grands so many laps round the beautiful table. Nightine listening to the river was so relaxing. Need to advertise the upstairs has 2 queen beds off the main bedroom not all people staying may be ok with that. But would definitely rent again.
Beautiful cabin at the end of the road. Great fishing at the cabin and great location to go kayaking on the river. The outdoor sitting was amazing. Never got too warm, even in June.
Gorgeous home and property. Views are amazing, especially in the morning at sunrise. Fly fishing was great. We caught and released numerous large rainbow and brown trout. Great place for a family getaway. We will definitely be back.
Awesome place on the Toccoa with prime fishing steps away from porch. Place is at end of road on 5 acres, neighbors are far enough to feel secluded but very kind and all the doggos ran free together. Place is awesome, roomy, warm and host is very attentive.
The home was so cozy and so comfortable for our family. Such a perfect place to relax. The view from the patio is amazing. It was the perfect way to end the year!

Why they chose this property
It's a one of a kind property. We have end of the road privacy, with 200 feet of Toccoa River frontage on one side and 1200 Feet of Hothouse creek on the other. Hothouse creek is a stocked creek and Toccoa River is known throughout the trout fishing industry as one of the best in the United States. In fact, Fannin County is designated as the Trout Capital of Georgia. That says it all! THIS IS A CATCH AND RELEASE PROPERTY!
What makes this property unique
Toccoa River Waterfront. One of the best fly fishing spolts on the Toccoa is right in front of the house. From the property, you can be at Horseshoe Bend park via water within a 1-2 hour ride downstream. This estate is also located within a 15 minute drive time to the Ocoee River, which is known for its Olympic whitewater events. Several new restaurants are located in McCaysville, which is just a 10 minute drive from property. As an added plus, you're only 20 minutes to beautiful downtown Blue Ridge.
