The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Make sure the AC is turned up to 82 degrees
All sheets put in the main bathtub and all used towels on the floor in the main bathroom
Make sure all trash in house is takin to the garbage and make sure garbage in securely closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

It was a perfect Spring Break and family reunion location. There is lots of indoor and outdoor space and the fishing was excellent in the Toccoa River.The hosts were great, very responsive prior to our stay and while we were at the property. We would 100% rebook if our travel time allows.

A wonderful place ro stay! The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything needed during our stay. The theater recliners are so comfortable. We enjoyed the fire ring, waving to the passengers on the train. We saw a tree come down across the tracks and called the station to let them know, then watched the crew clean it up. Close to all the small towns we love to visit. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay! Beautiful cabin that had the rustic charm, but all the modern amenities. Super clean hot tub, all the kitchen cooking gear you could ever want, and the movie room with leather recliners for our whole family. Our dogs loved the enclosed deck that overlook the river and canopy of trees. We loved our stops at the roadside markets for boiled peanuts and fun treats. The Blue Ridge train came by a few times a day and our kids loved to wave for the passengers. A wonderful trip that we won’t forget. Can’t wait to come back soon. P.S- communication with our host was incredible and housekeeping had the home spotless!

This place was exactly what I needed for rest and relaxation. The sounds of the rambling river was absolutely peaceful! The rocking chairs on the deck were perfect to hear the nature sounds! We brought our dogs and the walk along the road was a good exercise for them (and me) and was so nice because you are walking along the river! Neighbors were friendly! The hot was absolutely amazing, as it is in the perfect spot in nature and under its own gazebo. Shopping in Blue Ridge was close by with a mixture of boutiques, antique stores, general stores among others! Our teen son and adult daughter enjoyed relaxing and watching movies on the big screen and sitting in the comfy recliner theater chairs! The sound of the tourist train was nostalgic, when it passed the cabin, on the railway across the river! Will definitely return!

Our family has enjoyed this cabin for the past 6 years. This is such a great place to get away from the chaos in our life and just unwind. The Toccoa River is an awesome fishery and we always enjoy getting a line wet.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. It is such an awesome place to just get away. Also you can't ask for a better river to enjoy than the Toccoa River, weather its fishing, rafting, or just wading through the water at low flow times, it doesn't get any better than this.

What makes this property unique

This property is a great place to get away for a week and spend time with your friends and family. Wake up and enjoy having your coffee on the front deck. Next head down to the river and spend some time fishing and wading through the water. Take the family to downtown Blue Ridge and enjoy going through all the shops. Enjoy a nice dinner in Blue Ridge or come back to the cabin and cook up a nice meal. End the night off by relaxing in the hot tub, and when done their, gather up the family and enjoy a movie in you private Movie Theater.
