Clean and as advertised

The stay was amazing. This was my 7-8th stay at the property and this one was as good as the others-better than some. They had all of the things we needed in the room like cups, glasses etc. The view was great and check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay here again

Never Again w/ This Host!

I was unable to use the shower because I could not regulate the temperature of the water. The water was either way too hot or freezing cold, nothing in between. The bathroom floor was filthy. Reached out to host AFTER the Palms Place maintenance confirmed there was an issue and I never heard back. I’m requesting a partial refund because we had to wash ourselves in via the sink the entire stay.
