Brand new loft, style apartment, right in the middle of downtown Anderson! Shopping, restaurants and all that downtown Anderson has to offer is just a walk away!
We offer a newly renovated apartment with one king bedroom, one full size bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in an enclosed living room for your enjoyment! Play around of pool before you head out into town or enjoy our roof top lounge!

We will provide you with a door code to get into the apartment!

You have to be able to climb stairs to get up to the apartment. This apartment is located right off N. Main St. and there are about 25 stairs to climb before you get to the front door! There’s an additional 10 stairs in the apartment that you have to be able to climb to get to the bedrooms.

In the heart of Anderson

Very convenient location in the heart of Anderson. We really only slept here because we were so busy doing other activities throughout our weekend but all was clean. We had a bit of a hiccup with checking in but the owner was responsive and took care of it immediately. This is located above a cigar bar so if you have any aversions to that you may not wish to stay here. We found that on Friday night when we came back in you could smell the cigars from below. Other than that, it truly is in walking distance to all things in downtown Anderson and really convenient to Anderson University.
