Plenty of space for everyone...Close to restaurants and easy walking distance to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk. Park your car and walk everywhere.

Sleeps 12 - BR1 Queen, BR2 Queen, BR3 2-Full (bunk), BR4 Queen & Double Sleeper Sofa, plus a Double Sleeper Sofa in the family room. Two master suites, one on first floor and another on the third floor, great for privacy and extremely family friendly. All mattress are brand new, high quality in 2022.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Brand new upgraded appliances for 2026 season.

A brand new 70' Smart TV (2026) in the family room with access to most major streaming services while still keeping access to cable.

Wonderful home just a short stroll to the ocean beautifully professionally decorated with unexpected amenities. Many of the upgrades are not even available in homes twice the rental cost. HiDef TVs and programming. Sports plan so you can't miss a game! Kitchen upgrades for every cook or hostess. Location close to many restaurants and attractions! Grottos delivers!
