4BR/2BA house in Bethany West, steps from the front pool, playground, pickleball and basketball courts. Easy walk to back pool and gym. Walk, take the trolley, or drive to beach. Big yard for games and grilling.

Ideal location in a friendly beach neighborhood, convenient to everything Bethany has to offer. Just a short walk or ride on the Bethany Trolley to the beach and the center of town. Updated and fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor shower. Three TVs, WiFi. Short walk to great restaurants, ice cream, gourmet Italian market and Wawa. Biking and walking trails just minutes away. Ten minutes to two golf courses - and half a dozen more within 45 minutes.

Comfortable screened back porch for relaxing and dining and a large yard for games and grilling. Pets are welcome.

Pool and fitness passes are available onsite for a fee paid at the community center in summer season. ($10 per day or $35 per week/person).

We had so much fun staying in this place. A runner's paradise, for people who love to run. Its so near to the boarder of Maryland plus your in the middle of everything if you want to visit Ocean City or other Boardwalks or go shopping at an Outlet..our pet loved our stay because it was near a park. My concern, some dishes in the cabinets were not that clean, which we ended up rewashing, which was fine..all the rooms are all clean very spacious. We would definitely come back here..our pet loved the beach. I also hoped their was an outside hose to wash our feet and pet to remove sand..everything else was great..

Walking distance to the beach & a trolley for those who don’t want to walk! Quiet neighborhood with the option to get a pool/workout room pass for the day or week. The house was spacious for our family and dog - we all loved the screened in porch. Overall a very nice stay.

Great stay in an awesome location!

We loved our weeklong stay at this great property! We were the perfect distance from the beach and tons of things to do. The house was well stocked and maintained, with lots of touches that made it feel like home. Most of all, we loved that it was dog friendly so we could share our vacation with our family pet.

Why they chose this property

We have spent summers in Bethany for many years and as our kids have grown and family expanded, we have needed more room for family gatherings. We love this spacious four bedroom layout. The location is perfect - easy access to beach and restaurants, walking or riding the trolley. And the amenities in Bethany West are wonderful: optional fee ($30/week/person) for 2 guarded pools, pickleball/tennis court access, and a fitness center. Great area to walk dogs and enjoy time away. House has WiFi, laundry, fully equipped kitchen.

What makes this property unique

Bethany West is very family friendly, but also a nice place to just get away from it all year round. The house is four bedrooms and the interior is recently updated. The back porch is comfy and has a table for eating as well as seating for just relaxing. The large yard offers yet another space for grilling, playing games and spreading out and enjoying your vacation.
