Welcome to our home! Its the corner house with the picket fence!

You will have the whole 2nd floor apartment of our house with a separate access from the main floor foyer.

Situated in the center of Wichita & very close to highway- 400 & 135

Sleeps 4, 2 person main bedroom, 1 day bed, 1 trundle

The entire 2nd floor has been renovated with bathroom & kitchen.

A weekend trip to Wichita

The apartment was very nice and clean. Had everything needed. But was a little strange the the window into the living room has no curtain and could see all the way into the bedroom.Bur would definitely stay there again if visiting Wichita again

The apartment was nice but I was a little freaked out by the window in the living room with no curtain/blind on it and the slatted door in the kitchen as well. Nice stopover on the beginning of our two-week road trip.

Good value

Communication was super easy with host. Was good value for as little time as we spent there. Very clean. Ok neighborhood, a lot worse there. Only complaint I would have is lack of water pressure in the shower and water didn’t get very hot. Good overall value though!!!

Okay but smelly.

While this was a alright place to stay the weekend overall, there was a constant smell of sewer gas filling the whole space from the restroom, unaided by the air freshener sat on the back of the toilet. We also discovered when attempting to use the coffee maker that it had been left with a large ball of mold in the previous coffee filter

We are a family of 3. Me, My husband and our fur baby named Penny. WE live in this 102 yr old house that has a lot of character.

We have been living in this house for more than a year now and made a lot of improvement of this house including our 2nd floor apartment.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood at the same time, it is very close to the highway. We are in the middle of Wichita hence, it is easy to travel to all the corners of Wichita. We are also close to Wesley Hospital as well as Ascension Via Christi Hospital.

The neighbors are very friendly and very welcoming.

What makes this property unique

You can easily spot our house because we are on a street corner of Estelle & Gilbert. From all the 4 corner houses, we are the only one with a picket fence. We fenced the entire property because we want our fur baby to roam around freely.
