3 min walk to the Beach!!!!! Fenced in back yard.

Come and stay at our 3 bedroom beach cottage with its own private fenced in backyard. Just a 3 minute walk to the sand. Enjoy the sunset from the front covered porch or stone patio and enjoy the private fenced in backyard with your pets. Grill and patio seating available in the backyard with all your beach chairs and umbrella provided. Bonus entertainment:golf putting green in the yard and 2 beach bikes provided. This home has been completely remodeled from recent hurricanes. New kitchen and appliances, new bathrooms and new tile flooring throughout. Five beds and up to 8 guests allowed. Furry friends are welcome. This is a quiet street. Biking distance from the grocery store, restaurants, and live entertainment.

Great Place to stay

Such a cute place to stay in Fort Myers Beach! Very clean, comfortable beds, and safe area. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute bike ride to all the restaurants near the Margaritaville area.

Good Location Mid-Island. Easy beach access. Two major problems: AC overrides 3-4 degrees, especially in master bedroom. TV useless, set to some sort of Amazon system that would not allow use on my subsciptions without extreem, time consuming reprogramming with firestick controller.

Spring Break 2024

This house was perfect for my group of 8. Walk to the beach was super close and easy. The inside of the house was very nice and up to date. Location was nice and walking distance to the grocery store. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Perfect location! Perfect home!

This has been one of the best houses we stayed at. Very close to the beach, great location to activities and right down the road from a grocery store. Amazing back yard with comfortable sitting area. Love it! Definitely will book again! Very clean home and perfect bedrooms for a bigger family. New appliances and large kitchen island for cooking! Very happy with our experience!

Great Lovely House with great location

House was lovely. Great location. Only 1 minute away from the beach. Bikes and a grill were available. Also some beach chairs. The house is still under some renovation after the hurricane, backyard and roof. We encounter some minor electrical issues that need to be resolve ( microwave and dishwasher related). Everything else was great, Master room was perfect!!!! Living area was very cozy, TV's in all rooms. Kitchen was well done. We have a pleasant stay and will repeat any time soon.

Dave’s place is a cozy home so close to beautiful white sand beaches. We really appreciated that there was a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable and bath towels were provided, which was ideal when traveling far from home. We would stay again if in the Ft. Myers area. This home is on a quiet street which we appreciated at night.

Perfect place to stay if you want a short walk to beach. We had a great girl trip there. Loved that they provided 2 bikes. We didnt need a car, we just road bikes everywhere. Short ride to all of the shops and restaurants. Very clean, host provided beach towels and beach chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
