Welcome to The Ledges Estate! Our 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bathroom Mountain Home boasts quality in every corner. With 2 Living rooms, an outdoor entertainment area, `kids den` and plenty of games, there is always something to stay entertained. Hang out on the outside deck and watch TV or out by the fire pit and make some smores with the family. Located only 5 Minutes from Attitash Ski Mountain, hiking and water activities, our home is the perfect jumping-off point for any season in the MWV!

Our home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is 4100 ft.². We are located off of Glen Ledge Road in Bartlett NH.

You will have access to everything and nothing is shared.

WE ARE LOCAL - Just let us know what you need.

If you’re interested in bringing your dog, please reach out and give us more information.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors

The Ledges Estate was ideal for our family getaway with 6 adults and 4 kids under 4. The spacious layout offers multiple entertaining and dining spots. The home is equipped for everything a large group needs- multiple coffee makers, 2 dishwashers, a large interior and exterior dining area, washer/dryer. We felt like we each had our own space to retreat to at the end of the day. The game room is epic- shuffleboard, magnetic scrabble, foosball, old school game board- it provided a nightly respite for the adults!While planning the trip, the hosts answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The location cannot be beat as the house is a 10 minute drive to Diana's Baths and Story Land. We will definitely return to The Ledges due to its location and family- friendly layout.
