We enjoyed our stay here. Great area, great views from the place, and well kept. Communication with host was also very good. Navigating in and out of the apartment is a little bit of a maze, so earlier exact check in directions would have been appreciated to have more prep time to figure it out. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Incredible unit, great location, spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star review ist that the complex is MASSIVE. Once inside the complex we could not find an easy way out to the street which made me feel a bit uneasy.

Wonderful Location and Communicative Hosts

I booked this space for a work/family vacation trip. It worked perfectly for our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 seniors, 2 children under 5). The views of the marina were gorgeous. Loved all of the large windows and access to light. Keep in mind this is a residential location, we found all of the Resident to be very helpful and pleasant, just wanted to call out for those who may be used to more of a hotel atmosphere. Appreciated how communicative the hosts were about checking in. One callout, there are only two bedrooms, so four people will have to sleep in one room. It worked fine for us because we were all family and two of the people on the trip were children, however, I could see that being a little bit more challenging if all six people were adults/friends. Really enjoyed it. Definitely would recommend and return.

The app clearly says we had access to all amenities. Hot tub, pool, gym, etc. To find out on the day of checkin that my kids and I weren't able to access the amenities was a complete disappointment. Additionally, I realized very quickly that this unit is not supposed to be rented out. And we were to avoid the leasing people who aggressively approached me and my kids and shamed us for breaking the rules. We felt extremely uncomfortable and it was not the vacation we had thought we were paying for. Upon arrival we found that there were several areas in the unit that had not been properly cleaned. We found hair on the floor, in master bedroom shower and the carpet looked as if it had not been vacuumed. Then AC unit leaked all over the half bath, so l spent an hour cleaning up and waiting for maintenance to come and they weren't able to fix the issue. The following day, maintenance once again showed up. However nobody gave us any notice and they entered the unit without even knocking while my kids and were there. We were completely caught off guard. They apologized profusely and said that they were told that They apologized profusely and said that they were told that they could enter without knocking. I was horrified by this violation of privacy. The unit itself was gorgeous and I paid a lot of money to be there with my family. Sadly, it was very disappointing because of these circumstances.

Providing a clean and comfortable environment is a top priority for us, and we regret that we fell short in this aspect. We will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure that our cleaning standards are consistently met. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the AC unit leaking and the unexpected maintenance visits. Your privacy and comfort are important to us, and we regret any disruption caused by these incidents. Sometimes when there is an emergency maintenance in the unit They have to get in and take care of the issue right away as there are sensors in the property when there is a leak somewhere. We will review our communication protocols with maintenance staff to prevent such occurrences in the future. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement.
