Moreover, the Rays and Braves spring training facilities are near by. Large enough for the whole crew while everyone has their privacy.

The space

Enter large screened, tiled entry way to double front doors into volume ceilings of a formal living and dining room with windows to give lots of light, beautiful ceiling fans thru out home. Living room has a huge smart TV with streaming. The home has formal dining/living room.

The kitchen offers plenty of cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and huge pantry open to family room with bay window.

The bedrooms are on a split floor plan and all have walk in closets including 2 in master bedroom. The roomy master bath has dual vanities, garden tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bath serves as a pool bath with entry from the lanai.

This beautiful home is close to everything including shopping, beaches, restaurants, world class fishing, 2 spring training facilities (Rays and Braves), a new water park, world class fishing, fantastic attractions, and more!!

The lanai hides one of the greatest perks of this home: a private pool where you can enjoy a refreshing and relaxing swim whenever you want. Additional perks include a speaker system all over the ceiling in and outside the house, which can connect with AM/FM radio, and a small karaoke machine in the living area with two microphones.

Some of the must-visit places are Audubon-Pennington Nature Park, Cultural Center of Charlotte County, Escape Port Charlotte, Center For Performing Arts, Deep Creek Golf Club, and more.

Guest have access the whole house except linen closets
Other things to note
House rules
1. No loud music and noise, no party.
2. We do have exterior cameras to count the number of guests, if there is a party or any complaints from neighbors we will call police, and our security company will escort you to leave the house immediately.
3. No smoking of anything inside the house. This includes weed and cigarettes. Will be a fine $500 if guests smoke inside the house
4. Please do not move furniture. If you must, please move it back to its proper place.
5. Cleaning fee is for a normal cleaning, if the house is left trashed, an extra charge of $300 will be added for a complete deep clean.
6. If guests tend to throw an illegal party without our knowledge will be a fine $1000.
7. PLEASE NOTE: Wipes should not be flushed to the toilet.


Additional rules

1. Occasional events must be approved by host and are higher in price than overnight stays.
2. Extra guests/visitors must be approved by host, there is an additional fee for extra guests . Exterior cameras installed on house to verify that guest count is accurate and all cameras will be on during reservation.
3. Pet cleaning fee: $50 per pet per night and must communicate the host before booking
4. Please respect our neighbors. No loud music or conversation outside after quiet hour at 9:30pm.
5. The garage is locked, not for use, parking in the driveway and street only
