This is our 2nd stay in the brickhouse. We absolutely love it. This place is perfect for a large group. We will definitely be back again next year. The host Denise is very easy to communicate with. Which makes the process smooth.
Great stay for a weekend family gathering .We also went to the aquarium and enjoyed it very much , great places to eat and had a fun time in the roomy house .
We needed a place to stay that would sleep a large group for a wedding party. This place was perfect for that. Plenty of beds, space in the common rooms and towels :) . I recommend it.
This year was our 4th year going to Springfield. 3rd year renting a VBRO. This home was absolutely perfect for what we needed. I will 100% book this home again next year.
The property was perfect for the small group we had. There were plenty of beds for the 11 of us in the group and the pool table was a hit with the kids. Denise was great with communication at check in as well as keeping us updated with the repairman that showed up late to work on washing machine. Overall we had a very good trip and property was better than advertised.
My family stayed for an entire week at this property and though there were some plumbing issues, the property manager took care of them quickly and went out of her way to accommodate us the entire trip. She was easy to get a hold of and quickly responsive. The house was clean and comfortable and perfect for our large family and a few friends that stayed with us. Would definitely recommend!

Well NO --- no paper towels, no ice, no shampoo in master bath, no hand towels or face towels ... the backyard is a dump with twigs, leaves, abandoned pool equipment and the pool is filled with gravel. the fence is uncertain But you have the pleasure of a visiting neighborly groundhog to delight your day The inside is a refurbished home with some improvements. Many unfinished areas including the floor vents that are covered with cloth and not a metal duct. The pool table is nice and was a welcome distraction.

Host did respond Issues with property:Power line done on the carportPatios were not clean Refrigerator had lots of items in I assume should have been thrown out Deep freezer had food in as wellOne bedroom outlet was hanging out of wallAnother bedroom light did not work Porch full of junk Old swimming pool filled with dirt - why not completey cover so it’s not an eye sore. Decks are old and covered with mold Kitchen is nice and big. As I told the host I had higher expectations. This was my first time going through Vrbo.

I wish I could have pleased the guests during their stay. Overall it did not seem that it was effected their stay. The house and bathrooms and beds were not an issue it seems. Some people enjoy having condiments left out at the house.
I wish them the best. The outdoor has a lot of trees. Leafs are natural, we had a huge tornado in town a couple of weeks back. The city was still trying to get back power back. I aim to please my guests when is humanly possible. Nonetheless I appreciate the review. The house is not advertised as a house with a swimming pool.
This was my first rental with vrbo. Everything worked out well. Plenty of room for kids to play and adults to chill. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving essentials. The bunks paired with the doubles was perfect for each family to have a room and some privacy for our older couples as well. The pool table was a hit and we have a teen with a new interest in it now. The hostess was so kind and answered any questions patiently and in a timely manner. The back yard was fantastic for my pup and the kids to run off a bit of extra energy. Thanks for having us!

Overall, the place worked well for us, but illness prevented some of the guests from attending. The kitchen and refrigerator were original drawing points for the booking as it was a gathering place in preparation for an anniversary party. The kitchen space was great including a beautiful refrigerator and large kitchen island for several workstations, and a good selection of kitchen equipment was available The beds were comfortable and there were comforters in some rooms as the nights got cool. I misjudged the parking space from the photos and parking was tight in the residential neighborhood for individual vehicles of guests- no on street parking. There were a few repairs needed that were reported to the host. (One room was not used by our party, and the light switch did not work). Initially, we couldn't get into the property with the passcode, and we needed some supplies, but the host responded quickly. The garden market across the street was a plus. The pool table was enjoyed and the huge rainfall shower was a blessing. Maybe a few games or toys for youngsters would be nice, but there were playing cards and the pool table.
