Perfect size for our whole family. Planting room to cook and get together and enough room to have some privacy. Close to a public beach. Walmart is just a mile away. Gulfarium is near by. We went shopping at the commons one day. Wonderful dining options too. Pool was clean and a great size. House is stocked with basics.

Perfect for families

We had an amazing stay at this property near Fort Walton/Destin! Everything was clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen was spacious, which made it easy to cook meals for the whole family, and the pool was definitely a favorite for both the kids and adults.One of the coolest surprises was the fresh eggs from the chicken coop—such a unique touch and a fun experience for everyone. The host was super responsive and helpful any time we had a question.Overall, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept spot in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. We were just in town for a few days for a wedding. Meeting family from South Florida, California, Atlanta, and us from Indiana. The house was perfect for us and a great place to relax and catch up with family in between wedding activities. We needed a place for 8 people with 4 bathrooms, and this was perfect. It would have been nice to use the sliding glass doors to get to patio, it was broken at the time. We didn't have time to go out there much anyway. We didn't use the pool it was too cold. Thank you, David (Host), for your help with everything.

Nice stay

The house was very spacious and nice. Very clean and well organized. They were nice host. I just wish I would have known that the host was staying in the driveway. I felt a little watched over after I realized they were still staying on the property and that wasn’t in the description. The host did not bother us at all but with them in the driveway I felt watched. Still a very nice place and pretty comfortable place to stay. Just not as private as I would have hoped.

Our biggest concern was it was not disclosed that the host resided on the property in a RV; there were chickens, quills and kittens in the backyard (we were surprised because no pets were allowed). Couldn't take a comfortable shower in the master and host

Unexpected residents on property.

The house was very clean. However we were surprised to learn that the host was staying in an RV in the driveway. We also were not aware that there was a chicken coop with multiple chickens and a cat in the backyard. Finally the 9AM checkout time was Very early. We are more accustomed to a 10AM or 11AM checkout.
