The owners were quiet and nice and so was the location. The living space could use some updates. It would have been helpful for me if the description said that multiple other guests could be staying in the same home. These guests would also using the yard for their dogs that is attached to the only way you and you dog can get in and out. One of my dogs is a rescue and sometimes has concerns with other animals. Fortunately it worked out for me and no other guest was staying while I was. I appreciate the host having me and my dogs for our trip.

The unit was just updated three months ago, so I’m not sure why you had any complaints. Also, the ad in VRBO is very specific that it is a shared space. I told you that there were gonna be no other pets there during the time you were there, and that’s exactly what happened. So I’m not sure why you were worried about other dogs when I told you there wouldn’t be any and there wasn’t.

The suite was exactly as pictured on VRBO. Check in and out process was very smooth. Suite was clean. Jesse responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. Only issue was that the parking area and path to the suite were large gravel. The suite is listed as wheelchair accessible, but it was very difficult to maneuver through the thick stones. The bathroom size was also tight to maneuver with my chair and no grab bars in the shower.

We adored this rental!! It looked just like the photos. The fenced in area was great for my dog. The location is great.. far enough away to not feel like you’re in the middle of the hustle of the big city, but close enough to get to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great dog friendly apartment

Stayed one night for a show in downtown Asheville and had a great experience! The property is easily accessible to all major attractions, including downtown, hiking and the Biltmore. Bed very comfy and we appreciated the snacks as we weren't staying very long. We loved how dogs are welcome and accommodated and met some new fur friends! Jesse was a great host who communicated quickly.

This was the perfect studio space for us and our dogs! Communication with Jesse was super responsive and easy! The place was clean, well appointed and came with coffee, tons of snacks! We felt very comfortable and loved the fenced yard for the baby dogs! We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to the area. As it was also super easy to get everywhere we wanted to go!
