Welcome home…. This lovely 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood. A fast-growing town south of Raleigh, near Holly Springs, Cary, and Durham, a 10-minute walk to parks, locally owned breweries, bakeries/cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. No smoking is allowed in the home. Great for short and long stays. The first floor contains the living and dining areas, a full kitchen with cooking utensils, a half bath, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms, a full bath, and workspace are on the 2nd floor. One bedroom features a full and the other two twin beds. The workspace includes a desk and chair. TVs are in both bedrooms and living areas. Spectrum cable and internet throughout the home.

Private driveway with parking for two vehicles at the rear of the home. Will be given a door access code for the main doors.
