Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If property is damaged, notify us right away. Do not attempt repairs—doing so will result in a $100 fine. We’ll take care of it for you!
Stays are limited to 14 days. Guests may rebook after a cleaning and check-in again as new guests. Smoking outside only. $250 fee if indoors.
$100 fee for up to 2 dogs. Extra dogs $50 each with host approval (not guaranteed). Pets must be added to booking so fee is applied.

The Busy Bee Ranch was perfect for a weekend reunion with friends! It was close to attractions but also cozy for hanging out and catching up. We had comfortable beds and, thanks to BryceLynne’s attention to detail, everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely return and tell others.

Lovely Home

My family and I were recently displaced from our home due to a flood. Being in a home that made us feel like home away from home was everything! From the description of the house, to the pictures, everything was amazing. It is also in a very ideal location and close to everything.

This is a absolutely lovely 3 bedroom house in a culdasack ita surprisingly quiet considering the location close to town . Very clean and spacious and if you forgot any thing walmart does deliver to this address. Fenced in back yard nice little patio in the back with table and chairs and check out is very easy with out alot of demands. Definitely recommend.

Convenient Location

This home is lovely and beautifully decorated. It makes you feel right at home. There are many extras the owner thought of to be a very considerate hostess. The location is great for access to multiple venues and wonderful restaurants. The hostess was very responsive to questions and checkout is a breeze. Great yard for dogs and toys too for your k-9 friends. Consider this for your next Wake County adventure.
