Home was lovely with all sorts of things to do on the property and very conveniently located to everything. Only downfall was that the king size bed wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that it was awesome.
Great location in PCB. Short walk to the beach, great safe gated community!

Reserved this property and rented a golf cart to run up and down the strip with for a couple of days. Upon arriving at the property, I learned that outside golf carts are not allowed on the property. Because it was within 72 hours, I was not elidable for a refund and was out 250. I could have parked it in a pay lot outside the property but did not want to chance it getting stolen during my stay and owing for an entire cart. This would have been helpful information to include in the townhome description. We also had to clean up dog poop when we got in left from a previous renter. The hot water takes a very long time to reach the shower; I guess because it is a tankless water heater as explained by the host. The host was responsive when I contacted her. The townhome was very conveniently located to beach access and Front Beach Rd. and was a good value for the location.
Condo was nice. Great location. Easy access to ocean. Niki was a great host.

Good Location, Disappointing MaintenanceThe positives: An 8–10 minute walk to the beach, clean beds and kitchen, and pet-friendly accommodations.Unfortunately, the overall upkeep was disappointing. Before arriving, I asked the host about beach chairs and was told there were four, so we left ours at home. What we found were filthy, damaged chairs with black spots, broken handles, and ripped beach toys. None were appealing to use.The outdoor furniture was dirty, faded, and poorly fitted. The grill was coated in layers of old grease. The back patio looked neglected for quite some time, not simply dirty from the recent storm. The hose had a large hole patched with duct tape, and the umbrella literally fell apart from rust when I picked it up. We spent ZERO time outdoors, which was disappointing.Inside, the upstairs bathroom was clean, but washcloths were old and dingy, hand soaps appeared watered down, and there wasn’t even a broom to sweep up sand. The squeaky stairs, hardwood floors, and paper-thin walls made every movement audible. We visited three pools, all freezing. The beachside pool we hoped to enjoy was closed on our first and last days, as was the restaurant.Overall, the location was convenient, but the lack of basic maintenance and attention to detail really detracted from our stay. We weren’t expecting luxury, just clean, functional amenities and a property that felt cared for.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I do hate that your stay was before we refreshed paint, and outfitted with new beach chairs, and grill. Some of the cushions and chairs on the patio were fairly new. It is on us for not catching any of the broken chairs, but had it been mentioned, new chairs would have been to you immediately! That way you would not have gone without.
I hope you will give us another shot in the future to gain back those other 2 stars.
Very convenient to the beach - but read the instructions left. I didn’t right away and I thought I could not get out. I felt very safe there especially at any hour taking out my dog I went off season so very quiet plenty of pools and courts.
