The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade.
Close and lock all sliding doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The ice maker lever should be flipped to "off" upon departure. Dishwasher should be started and trash removed upon departure.
The AC fan should never be turned to "ON", but should remain on "AUTO." Select temperature, press "HOLD". Turn to 75 upon departure
No food, drinks, or pets allowed on furniture. Do not remove pillows from the couches and place on floor. Place them on the table or somewhere safe.

Great place and host

I would highly recommend this property. It was clean and had many amenities with a walk to the beach. The communication with the owner was fluid and they made the process simple. You would enjoy the stay here.

Fun at the Beach

We were very pleased with the location and access to both the beach and the pool. Plus all the other attractions of the Thomas Drive area were very close. We had a GREAT week.

Great Location

Great place! Everything you need is either within walking distance, or a quick drive. Private gated parking!! Beach was nice. Pool and pool house was great. The grill area was perfect.

Great Property - Great Time

We stayed here for a long weekend for Ironman Florida as a group of 6 adults. We had plenty of room to spread out, yet all be together. The property was great and just as described. The location was perfect for us, and absolutely no complaints at all!

More room than a condo and no elevators!

Enjoyed our stay at this location, close to the beach. Loved the pond and feeding the fish with grandson and having the grill area and pool. Unit was very nice with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen.

Perfect place for a great family vacation. Short walk to the beach, no waiting for elevators! Loved parking right outside the condo. Watching the fish and turtles from the balcony was so relaxing. Owners are fantastic to rent from!

Family Vacation

I really enjoyed my stay in Panama City. The property was everything that the listing said that it would be. It was great for our family and it was close enough to the beach that the kids could go everyday! The host was great, I had plenty of questions and she didn’t mind answering them. It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!

Sat-Sat stay.

Our group of six people were all quite comfortable. We were able to bring our 2 dogs at this particular facility which was a major selling point. There is plenty of places to walk your dogs; however, they cannot be on the beach or in the pool area, but this was stated up front and not a problem. I can recommend the facility and the owners of the property without reservation..

Amazing place to stay

I would definitely recommend this house. Everything was spot on. We had a glitch with the lock on the front door ( it was my fault I put the wrong code in to many times) She stepped out of church and walked me through it. We definitely will be back

My parents and I bought this property together in 2013. We love the beach and try to get down to the Gulf as often as possible. We are only a few hours drive from Panama City and love to take last minute trips to just 'get away.' My family and I love staying at Sugar Beach. We have rented condominiums on this property for years and enjoy the quiet, family atmosphere. We want our guests to feel just as 'at home' as we do when we are there!

Since we just closed on this property in August of this year, we are still in the process of upgrading, decorating, and adding our own touches. Please visit our site often so that you can view our progress. We hope to make this unit a place that you will enjoy, feel at home, and escape your hectic, everyday life!!

We bought this property to have a place to take our families on vacation. It seems like each year, we get busier and busier, meaning less time for vacations. Instead of just letting the condo sit there, we decided to share it with folks like you, who are looking for a nice, comfortable place to spend their vacations and make memories with their own families! We hope you enjoy your stay and make memories that will last forever!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing about this condo is that you literally park your car right outside the front door. No stinky elevators or pesky flights of stairs! We also love that we can simply walk to several different restaurants, the convenience store, an amusement park and a variety of bars and nightclubs.
