Park View Condo for 4 with King Bed, 2 Patios and Fireplace!

Welcome to the perfect home base for all of your Bend adventures! Buck Norris is what we have affectionatly named condo 154/155 here at Pioneer Park Rentals. This cozy second floor condo comfortably sleeps up to two guests on a king sized bed in the private bedroom.

Bend is full of lots of amazing restaurants but sometimes it's nice to just stay in, enjoy a comfortable night around the fireplace and make meals at "home." For those nights, this condo is equipped with a kitchen including an apartment sized range oven, a full sized fridge/freezer combo, a microwave and plenty of cookware and dishes!

After dinner, enjoy a movie from the very last Blockbuster ever which is just a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk away! Two brand new 55" tv's have been added to this condo, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom so if the people in your group wish to watch different movies, we've got you covered!

Two full bathrooms will ensure that your group is never waiting on the shower and has enough counter space for everyone's toiletries! There are also four closets in this condo so no need to pack light but if that's your style, you also will have access to an on-site laundry room in the building!

One of the best features of this condo is the two private balconies which overlook the park! Enjoy your morning cup of Joe, wrapped up in a blanket on one of the patio chairs while you take in all the birds, squirrels and beautiful sights and sounds of Bend!

Right across the way is the stunning Pioneer Park where there are picnic tables to enjoy a little afternoon lunch as well as a river trail that runs along the rushing Deschutes River and takes you on a 10 minute walk right into the heart of downtown!

Good spot for a chill stay

This place is conveniently located. It’s a little rough around the edges and needed to keep the fans going otherwise it was a bit musty. Bed was really comfy.

I enjoyed that the property was close to the downtown area of Bend and easily walkeable. It was also right next to the riverfront trail with easy access. To my surprise I found out there is a pool and hot tub to use, which was a nice surprise, which was nice to use later in the evening. Condo was really nice and property managers were very responsive.

Perfect stay for us. We wish it was available one more night. Fit us and our infant perfectly! King size bed was amazing and 2 bathrooms make it so great for when we put our little down to bed! Kitchen was perfect size for us.

Great location but floors were dirty.

We had a great time during our stay here. Location is amazing, 30’s from Deschutes River Trail and close to town. The condo is was very nice, and check in/out painless. Only issue I had was the floor was so dirty our feet were black in minutes. Defiantly didn’t feel like cleaning floors on my vacation but other than that it was a great space.

Great Time in Bend

Traveled for a weekend to Bend and found this spot near Pioneer Park. It was a quick walk to downtown. Close to several restaurants and breweries. The beds were comfy and it worked out great for our stay.

Walkable

The best part was being able to walk to restaurants and along the river. The accomodations were just ok. We did appreciate being able to make breakfast, we didn't spend much time inside thankfully. Overall pretty quiet when we were there, just a little bit of overhead walking around.

This property is right in the middle of town which makes it convenient for a summer visit. Unfortunately it was not worth the price for what you get. The outside of the building was deteriorating, flies were in the walkways and main living area and the interior had an odor to it. The amenities were very basic and equivalent to a 2 star hotel. I would not recommend staying unless you get a really good deal (which we did not).

The condo was very clean. It was efficiently laid out, but the entryway going directly into the bathroom in the only bedroom was somewhat awkward. I would have used the door going into the main room, but it was right at the stairway and was the perfect windbreak for all the flying insects. Plus, I couldn’t get that door to successfully lock upon leaving, so I just kept the security latch on it while we were there.

Pioneer Stay

The location and surrounding area were quite beautiful and the walking path next to the river was great. The interior of the unit was reasonably clean but the outside balconies were quite dirty and dusty. The grill on the balcony was dirty like someone had very recently used it and the dirty grill tools were also left by the grill.

The floors were so dirty we had to keep socks on to avoid our feet being so dirty! The tub had dirt lines in there. The floors in the bathroom had been cleaned just not behind the bathroom door. Hair, bugs and you could see the mop line that the door had never been closed while cleaning. The place needs to be painted with the same paint when items were patched The smell was the worse part of the placeIt is so musty it took our breath away! I could not get that to go away with Lysol The flies that are filling the stairwell are so many that when you open your front door several make their way in to the apartment I must have killed 20!The bed was comfortable!

This unit is in very poor condition, was not cleaned well, and had a terrible smell. There were multiple air fresheners placed in each room; it smelled like a mix of feces and strong artificial scent.

Bend apartment

The unit looked nice at first blush but as we moved in and tried to get comfortable we began to notice many problems. The air conditioner thermostat did not work and the room was cold and we could not turn the temp down or off. The glasses were put away dirty and we had to wash them before using any. The dust was deep on some mirrors and tables and wrote a message on a mirror for the cleaners. The door lock was difficult to use and we had to mess with it for several minutes until it would unlock. The price was righ but we got what we paid for.
