Gorgeous and well designed 1 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps up to 2 guests. The unit features include a Queen size bed, private kitchen and bath.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival.

Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. There are two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM

Departure is prior to 10AM.

This is a walkup building and we have no elevator.

Nice enough place to stay

The place was basically as shown in the photos, and close to the number 6 subway. There was a very helpful superintendent in the building as well. However, it was a bit worn looking, and the layout was a bit cramped, and it lacked some basic things like a toaster and coffee maker. As well, the neighbourhood did not feel entirely safe at night (walking home alone as a woman). There was some sunlight in the bedroom, but no view or sunlight anywhere else.

Since your time with us, the building and all apartments have been upgraded and renovated several times. All small appliances are available as you arrive.

East Harlem

The building is safe and secure which is nice. But there are cockroaches. I found one in the kitchen and there were dead ones in the hallway for weeks. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. When i mentioned it to management they simply told me the bed was fine and they are not responsible for preference. I prefer a harder mattress but there is no cushion left on this one. It is old and stained as well. I needed to buy TWO mattress toppers to make it bearable. Other then that management was fine. Left me alone and didn’t bother me.

Tara's note was odd in that she never raised any issue whatsover of any problem particularly as we proactively exterminate the building and all apartments free every month and we provide ample notice of when the monthly service will be provided. We also wash all hallways daily to insure a hygienic building so there is no way any bugs could have stayed for a week in the hallway. As to the comfort of the mattress, some people prefer soft and some people prefer hard. If she preferred a harder mattress we do not understand how 2 mattress toppers would have improved the hardness rather it would have softened the feeling of the mattress. This was confusing. Before each guest we inspect the mattresses to insure a clean and comfortable experience for our next guest. We try to be sensitive to our guests' privacy but also responsive to their needs so that we can provide the best stay we can for our guests.

I loved my stay within this East Harlem property. The space was clean and had the basic essentials for me while I stayed. Loved the open bedroom with plenty of sunshine. Easily accessible to the train, supermarket, and laundry facilities. I did not need much but I was able to communicate with the Host quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the Host!
