Hi Esther, thank you for your review. We always appreciate feedback from our guests. We are so sorry that the location wasn't what you had anticipated, with it being a mile away from the downtown Coeur d' Alene area it could for sure take more than 12 minutes, we will put the distance on our description to help guests determine the time. Unfortunately we had some issues with our sprinkler system the weeks leading up to your arrival, that along with the higher than normal temperatures caused the yard to get dry, we have since fixed the system and are working on getting the yard back to a healthy condition. Thank you again for your feedback, we would enjoy the opportunity to host you again if visit North Idaho again in the future. - Casey

Chloe, Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the quiet location and neighborhood. Thank you for mentioning that the beds were comfortable. We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen utensils that could use some upgrades; we sent our inspector out to do inventory of the kitchen appliances to upgrade as necessary. I appreciate your feedback about the bedrooms not having a TV and the master bedroom felt small compared to your standards. Our team will evaluate the rental to ensure high quality items are decorating the space and that it feels inviting to guests. Your feedback is invaluable to us and we are honored to call you our guest. We look forward to the opportunity to host you in the future for a perfect stay. Kind regards, -Holly
