GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have private access to the entire home, swimming pool, jacuzzi, putting green and outdoor living areas during their stay.

PARKING:
A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed on the property during your stay.

If you will have more than 3 vehicles, PRIOR APPROVAL REQUIRED. Please contact us before arrival so we can determine whether additional parking arrangements can be accommodated.

When you arrive, please park your vehicles in front of the home on the Easternmost side of the property on the brown gravel driveway.

OPTIONAL AMENETIES:
We offer several optional amenities for an additional fee when available.

Pool heat — $150 per night
Pool heating is available and set to approximately 83°F.

Pool heat must be reserved for the entire stay, from the day of check-in through the day before checkout.

A separate payment request will be sent based on the number of nights booked.

Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 7 days before arrival.

Early check-in / late checkout — $250 each
When available:

Earliest paid early check-in: 2:00 PM
Latest paid late checkout: 12:00 PM
The fee is $250 per early check-in and $250 per late checkout.

The additional fee allows us to accelerate the turnover process using additional cleaning staff.

Highchair / Pack ’n Play
Available upon request for $50 each.

EXTENDED STAYS:
For stays of 10 nights or longer, the home requires professional cleaning approximately once per week, including changing linens and towels. The applicable weekly cleaning charge will be added for extended stays.

Extended-stay damage deposit
Stays of 2.5 weeks or longer require an additional $500 damage deposit.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This home is located in a residential neighborhood, not a commercial resort district. We want you to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, putting green, outdoor spaces and Arizona evenings while also respecting the neighbors who live here.

Quiet neighborhood / no parties
Strictly no parties, events, unauthorized guests or disruptive gatherings.

Paradise Valley enforces residential noise regulations, and excessive noise can result in enforcement action.

Because the backyard is especially enjoyable at night, please turn off the pool-area café lights when turning in for the evening and no later than 10:00 PM.

Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:

ALLOWED
- Occupancy is limited to 12 people, exceeding maximum occupancy
without prior approval will result in additional charges of
$250/person/day
- No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without
refund.
- A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
- Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
- Reservations are non-refundable
