Located in the body of the Dam, excellent location, lush green area, has 2 Piers for nautical activities.
Complete infrastructure: 13 comfortable suites, TV and DVD. Large kitchen with 2 refrigerators, stove and full utensils. Outside there is a pizza oven, 2 barbecue grills and a freezer.
Full leisure: Gym, swimming pool, grass soccer field, play ground, dollhouse, game room and double kayak.

Nosso final de semana foi demais!! Fizemos uma comemoração de aniversário e foi tudo perfeito. Lugar lindo, ótimas acomodações e infraestrutura top demais. Tivemos a felicidade de contar com os serviços da D. Carmen, Sr. Avaldir, Nayara e Su….sem palavras, pessoas maravilhosas, comida deliciosa e me ajudaram em tudo durante o fds!!! O Lugar é lindo, por do Sol em frente a represa é incrível, caseiros super simpáticos, facilidade e comodidade em tudo, estrutura do lugar é excelente, saí água quente das torneiras, o mercadinho faz entregas no local caso precise de alguma coisa, com tarifa diária unica de entrega de R$ 5,00 o que eu achei um máximo. chácara maravilhosa

Desde o primeiro contato com o sr. Eduardo fomos muito bem atendidos, resolvemos rápido a locação, sem burocracia, Primeiro carnaval que passamos e com certeza voltaremos, chácara maravilhosa, muitos quartos, todos com suíte e todos muito bem conservados e limpos com camas e colchões confortáveis, uma sala muito boa, a cozinha muito bem equipada com duas geladeiras e vários utensílios, na área externa um freezer e uma geladeira de bebidas, churrasqueira bem grande e uma imensa e maravilhosa mesa de madeira que acomoda muitas pessoas, área de lazer muito boa para adultos e crianças, com salão de jogos, piscina e um campo de futebol. Quanto aos caseiros o sr. Avaldir e dona Carmen merecem um destaque especial, sr Avaldir sempre pronto pra resolver um eventual problema, em uma chácara desse porte não está livre de acontecer, já a dona Carmen comanda a cozinha de uma forma espetacular, fazendo café da manhã, almoço, pães e doces que foram elogiados por todos na casa, difícil não gostar de sua comida, pra completar tem um mercadinho próximo da chácara que faz entrega de tudo que vc precisar. Com toda certeza voltaremos mais vezes nessa chácara, e recomendamos a todos conhecer, não irão se arrepender. Obrigado sr. Eduardo, Avaldir e dona Carmen. grande abraço.

Se fosse possível eu daria 50 estrelas! A Equipe da empresa em que eu trabalho se reuniu durante 3 dias para um "Retiro". Desde o início, o Eduardo (proprietário) me atendeu de maneira sublime! Foi super flexível, solicito e amável nas negociações, o que já me fez ter uma super confiança e segurança de que eu estava escolhendo o local certo para minha Equipe. Com relação ao imóvel, não tenho meia palavra negativa para dizer: É ainda melhor do que nas fotos. A casa é super organizada, limpa, estruturada e LINDA. A cozinha é super completa e você não precisa se preocupar com NADA. O espaço externo é incrível e lindo. A casa conta com quartos super equipados, com colchões gostosos, chuveiro DELÍCIA e ainda por cima um salão de jogos super legal! E os caseiros? Meu Deus, voltamos de viagem e apenas queríamos trazer a Sra Carmen e o Sr Evaldir conosco. Dois amores de pessoa, super prestativos, amistosos, amáveis...E a comida da Dona Carmen? MARAVILHOSA! Enfim, a experiência completa foi simplesmente INCRÍVEL! Recomendo mil!

Simplesmente perfeita, a realidade condiz com as fotos. Aluguel para um evento e desde o inicio das tratativas para locação até o fechamento da utilização do imóvel eu e meus convidados fomos bem atendidos. A boa experiencia de locação deste imovel começou no primeiro contato com o dono do imovel o qual se mostrou bastante educado e flexivel com questões particulares e exigencias do nosso grupo. O imovel, localização e estrutura sao perfeitas para um grupo grande de pessoas! O casal de caseiros muito atencioso e eficiente e por fim, as fotos são bastante fieis ao que encontramos por la!
