This charming 1940s era flat is centrally located in the Inner Sunset just steps from trendy Irving Street & 9th Ave retail corridor. The entrance to Golden Gate Park, UCSF Medical Center, and convenient public transportation, including the N Judah line, are immediately adjacent.

This flat is fully and comfortably furnished. Wifi, Roku TV, washing machine and dryer are available onsite. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed. Large closets and drawer space are plentiful. There is one bathroom with separate shower and tub, fully equipped with linens, and a full kitchen with all you need to prepare meals at home if desired. And, we have a secure garage parking space with automated door for a car & bikes with an additional tandem driveway space for your visitors. Lovely one floor walk up. Could have a bit more heat in the evenings. Beds very comfortable.

Excellent choice in a great location

This is a lovely apartment in a very pleasant, convenient neighborhood. It's nicely laid out, pleasantly furnished and, when we got there, immaculately clean. Neither the kitchen nor the bathroom have been renovated, but they function, although the bathroom sink is awkward, being set low and having a very short faucet. The bed in the master bedroom is perfectly comfortable (we didn't use the other bed but it seemed fine) and at night the bedroom is as quiet as can be, so we slept quite well. We suggested to the owner that she get a dish drainer and tea kettle for the kitchen, which we missed. Dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are not provided, and none of these were left over from the previous tenant, so we had to go shopping as soon as we got there. The neighborhood is well supplied with restaurants and stores and Golden Gate Park is just a couple of blocks away. This is an excellent location if you use public transportation, as we did, because the N Judah line makes the trip downtown fast and easy. Note that the owner requires full payment in advance and offers no refunds under any circumstances, so you should be certain of your plans before booking.

Perfect San Fran Stay

Great cozy two bedroom unit in a nice San Fran neighborhood close to Golden Gate Park. Erin was a fantastic host and we would recommend the unit to anyone staying in the area. The train is conveniently located a block away and its only a 30 minute ride downtown. Perfect!

Classy Digs, with so many nice personal touches

Erin is an excellent hostess and gave me great suggestions for business dining locations and walking paths. Liked the compostable kitchen bags, recycling, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, so helpful when traveling. Incredibly smooth sheets for a good nights rest too! Many eateries and Golden Gate Park within walking distance, but the best part is a place to park at the end of the day! Motion sensor light in garage could be helpful. Would love a few more board games, local travel guides and love in the reading materials. She also has the most charming garden, a lovely view out of the bedroom windows. Kitchenwares, cooking utensils, supplies were generous and everything you need to whip up a quick meal. I would absolutely stay again!

This is one of the best properties my retired husband and I have stayed in: comfortable, aesthetic, a model of cleanliness, and a block away from restaurants, shops and the entrance to Golden Gate Park. The landlord was most helpful in orienting us too. We have traveled many times to San Francisco but this was our introduction to such a wonderful neighborhood.

Great place, great location

This was a great place just 1/2 a block from the Muni, which we used extensively to get around San Francisco, as well as a garage that we also used for our rental car. Highly recommended!

We loved the Inner Sunset neighborhood and the convenience to the Golden Gate Park. The apartment is just as advertised. We needed more than one pillow per person and Erin was nice enough to drop off a couple more for us. :-)

Fantastic SF Neighborhood Destination

We had a fantastic trip and the apartment held us and our 4 teenagers splendidly. There are so many restaurants nearby - we will definitely be back. The place is charming and clean and much more spacious than it looks. We would highly recommend renting here!

Great Inner Sunset Apt

Lots of great restaurants, coffee shops right nearby. We Ubered everywhere and wasn't expensive. The apartment is bigger than what stays and worked perfectly for my group. The mattresses were also very comfortable. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable

This is a wonderful flat to stay in!!! Firstly, it is super clean, and secondly it has everything you need!!! Erin is a wonderful host who is quick and easy to communicate with. Fantastic location. We loved walking to the coffee shop on Irving and exploring the cute little stores. We had a rental car and found having a garage space very useful. The hotels I was looking at charged between 60-100 a day for parking!!! We stayed with two kids. There’s even a portable mini highcahir which was fantastic!

Perfect location, clean and inviting home

The Inner Sunset is a gem neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and the Muni and Golden Gate Park within walking distance. The home is larger and brighter than in the photos and was spotless. Having secure parking in the city is unmatched but you can also get away without a vehicle. Erin was a wonderful and responsive host.

Highly Recommended!

We've stayed in numerous VRBOs and this property is one of the best. It's a well-stocked unit, in a fabulous location, with a tremendous owner. (We didn't use the garage, but we had looked at many properties in San Francisco that didn't have this important feature). There are numerous fun shops, restaurants, and sights in easy walking distance to the property. And, there's very convenient access to downtown via public transit. This is a good property, at a good price. We strongly recommend it for families, friends, and individuals who want to get an authentic San Francisco experience.

Charming!

Perfect for my business partner and I. Erin was great to co-ordinate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and quiet! Close to the market to purchase a few things and only a few blocks to great choices for restaurants. Two blocks to catch the Judah line . It’s just far enough away from the busy city life! We Ubered everywhere for very reasonable price! I would stay here again!

We loved this flat! Perfect location!

We loved the flat, very charming, clean and comfortable. The garage was very helpful since parking can be tricky. Erin was very accommodating and was the perfect host. We really enjoyed all the restaurants in the neighborhood, so many options and all of our meals were delicious. The convenience to the Judah N line was great, we took it over to Fishermen’s Wharf and Pier 39. Neighborhood grocery store is just around the corner, and the 10 minute walk to Golden Gate Park was so convenient. We definitely had so much fun during our ten days trip exploring all over San Francisco, can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Erin.

Quiet and comfortable

A comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to sleep with the windows open.... unheard of in SF. Extremely clean and Erin was so accommodating. Amazing place!

Wonderful Classic SF rental

this rental was in a convenient location to GG Park, tons of restaurants (1-4 block walk) in Inner Sunset and less than a block from the N Judah line. Off street (garage) parking was a great bonus. The unit itself was clean, well-appointed and had a classic SF decor. the neighborhood is safe. we loved our stay.

Super cute & great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was cute, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The location was great! Walking distance to yummy restaurants, a little corner market named Roxie's was right around the corner and had everything we needed. Very safe neighborhood. We didn't rent a car and walked just about everywhere. I would highly recommend this rental. Erin and her mom, were very friendly and easy to deal with!
