Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is fantastic - tastefully furnished, quiet street, private and peaceful backyard, and great amenities from the well-appointed kitchen to the new washer/dryer to the cozy sitting room. Our family of 5 felt perfectly at home and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The location is awesome being just one block from N train and three blocks from a really nice part of Golden Gate Park. Our host was super responsive and answered all our questions. Basically we can’t recommend this home highly enough!

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable home! Very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. In fact the entire home was beautifully decorated. The location is wonderfully convenient to Golden Gate Park, restaurants , small food markets and public transportation . The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The backyard is simply beautiful! Communication with our hosts was easy and responsive. Without a doubt we would stay again!

Loved staying at this place! It was very cozy (the heated bathroom floor was amazing!) and spacious. We were there for a family member’s surgery at UCSF and it was so nice to be close by. The neighborhood felt really safe and there were a lot of restaurant options within walking distance. I feel like the listing on VRBO did not do this place justice as it was a lot more spacious and had way more room than I would have thought!

We came for an event at UCSF & the location was perfect for all our activities. It is a short walk to the Sunday Farmer’s Market, shopping, restaurants, Golden Gate Park and transit. The house is lovely, welcoming and very clean. The beds are all comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the patio and garden. We were lucky to have sunny days. Our host was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful inner sunset home. The house is well laid out with three spacious bedrooms, a well appointed kitchen, and a charming back garden perfect for relaxing on a sunny afternoon. The house still maintains some of its original elements and charm (e.g., old windows and woodwork), but has a modern well-functioning kitchen and bathrooms.The location is ideal, in walking distance to lots of restaurants on the 9th and Irving corridor, Cole Valley, golden gate park, and Mt. Sutro if you are looking for a pleasant hike in the city. We were nervous that we might have a bit of ambulance noise due to the house's proximity to UCSF hospital, but these worries turned out to be unfounded as the house was far enough out of the way and quiet during the night.We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Our family has rented many different homes over the years. This home ranked as one of our favorites. Located in a quiet neighborhood nearby to a Muni line and Golden Gate Park. The home was immaculately kept, large enough for our family of five with lovely kitchen, upstairs den to watch movies in, and an amazing back garden to have a morning cup of tea or coffee in. We communicated with the owner a few times over our stay, and she was kind and quick to respond. We would absolutely return and would recommend this home to friends and family staying in the city by the bay.
