Property Info: THIS IS A FRIDAY TO FRIDAY RENTAL
- Completely renovated for the 2024 season, new to the rental market.
- Perfect location just inside Rodanthe, 15 minute drive to nearby Avon for groceries and restaurants. Smaller beach home perfect for a single family of 6-8 people with BIG house location!!!!
- Quiet street. Brand new in-ground pool with lounge deck and covered cabana
- Covered parking for 1 car with additional parking spaces for an additional 1-2 cars.
- Full kitchen amenities, outdoor shower
- NO pets, NO parties, NO shoes inside the house. Short walk on gravel street to private beach access.
- 2 large decks for beautiful sound sunsets and ocean views. Small supply of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for rental use. Bicycle rental, wave runner and boat rental nearby.
- Security cameras located at front entrance, pool area and backyard. NO interior cameras.

Location was awesome. House was nice. Only wish is that the downstairs bathroom had a shower rather than just a tub. Overall we were very satisfied. Host was very responsive when we had a few questions.

Seaside Escape was a lovely getaway for my family and me. It had everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. The private pool and short walk to the beach were perfect. We enjoyed several food trucks just a short walk from the house. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

What a wonderful week

Loved this home. Beautifully updated, clean, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. I liked that the primary bedroom was downstairs and the kids were upstairs. Beach was a short walk, and the pool was great to have. Would definitely recommend the house, and plan to stay again next year.

Great Vacation House

Love the location of this house, was literally 3 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was my favorite part, I am not a beach girl but the rest of the group was. The balconies were perfect. They have everything you will need for your stay. Dinner places and grocery shopping is only about 20 minutes away. I would stay here again for sure. The manager was there whenever I needed her, great communication with her.

Overall a great stay. Only one problem, the glass shower door exploded on my 32yr old stepson and cut him up pretty bad. That happened on Tuesday and someone was supposed to come the next day clean up all the glass. We left Saturday morning and never seen anyone. We did go ahead and clean most of it up on Thursday to keep any of the kids from being injured. The host was in contact with us and they were wondering why maintenance did not show up also. The spiral staircase was really narrow but overall, a great home.

Yes I was VERY upset about the cleaning crew ,you were only the second rental ever to be in my home ,My first year in the rental market. I have since replaced the cleaning crew and have new ones with no issues .

Great stay but...

We had a great vacation week except for the first night. When we arrived the house was not clean. We made a trip to the Dollar General to buy dish cloths, towels, hand and dish soap, trash bags, p.towels, tissues, t.paper. The kitchen cookware and utensils could be upgraded, especially since you do have to cook due to the limited resources in the area. The air conditioner vents need to be cleaned as does the laundry room. Most places we have stayed the owner had a renters guide with basic information about the house; how to turn on the pool lights, trash pick up times, the pool cleaning schedule and what we're required to do when we leave the house. This would have been helpful. We really enjoyed the pool and the beds were very comfortable. We would rent again.

Terribly sorry about the poor cleaning , I have contacted the company’s owner and have a new crew in place . Appreciate the input/ suggestions on upgraded cookware and information booklet , very helpful to know thanks so much .

The pool made the trip because it was beautiful, nice, clean, and private. The floor was super clean, which is a plus for us. We had a few issues that the host resolved immediately. I recommend the house for a family vacation.

After years of renting, we found this wonderful location in Rodanthe, a home that needed TLC, I loved it the moment i saw it and had a vision for a complete renovation. We made that vision complete finally after 2 years of blood, sweat and tears! TOTALLY worth it! We hope our guests experience the serenity and beautiful views and a feeling of relaxation at our seaside escape!
