2/2 single family home on the Island of Venice. Walk, bike or drive to the beautiful beaches of Venice. Updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, central air and terrazzo floors. Home also includes a large fenced in back yard for your pet to roam and is very private.

Both bedrooms have queen pillow top mattresses. Very nice covered patio for grilling and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Home also includes two flat screen smart televisions.

Famous Venice dog beach is only one mile. Other close amenities are Sharky's on the Pier Restaurant and golfing at the 27 hole Lake Venice Golf Club, all one mile away. Downtown shopping with restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. Our home is also within 4 blocks of the Legacy Trail, a 25 mile recreational trail for bikers, joggers and walkers.

I live 10 minutes from this property and will make sure your visit is as relaxing as possible. My posted rates are cash (check) rates. If you would like to pay via cc, there will be a cc processing fee added to the rate.
