— Please read our cancellation policies, terms and conditions prior to booking.
We screen our guests to ensure our residents in the community are safe and we`re aware who is booking our condos.
This is a residential community; therefore it is vital that the space and surrounding areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, and disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant the forfeit of your entire reservation (and possible fees).
Please adhere to the rules and guidelines listed below to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
✔ Booking Requirements: A government ID is required upon booking, and you must be 21 or older to book. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required.
✔ Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Please respect these times to allow our turnover team to prepare for the next guests. Late check-outs will incur a $125 fee.
✔ Parking Instructions: If you’ve arrived by car, please ensure your parking permit number is clearly displayed in your vehicle to avoid any towing issues. If your permit number is missing or not visible, or if you haven’t received one yet, please engage our Reluxme team, and we’ll be happy to assist. Guests must park in designated guest parking areas or obtain a permit to avoid any towing fees. Please also remember to park your vehicle in reverse.
✔ Trash Instructions: Please make sure all trash is placed in the appropriate receptacle in the kitchen. This includes any trash in the bathroom or living areas. Excessive trash left inside or outside the unit can incur additional fees of up to $60.
✔ Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time $250 fee. Please provide vaccination records at the time of booking. Note that certain breeds are restricted, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Pit Bull hybrids, Rottweilers, Chow-Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-dog hybrids, German Shepherds, and Malamutes.
✔ No Smoking: Smoking of any kind, including hookah, is strictly prohibited on the property. A $300 fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
✔ Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 4 people (1BR), 6 (2BR), 7 (3BR)
✔ Mail/Package Delivery: Direct deliveries to the property are discouraged. Use the local Amazon Hub Stations, PO Boxes or UPS Mailboxes for mail needs.
✔ Food Delivery: Food deliveries are welcome.
✔ No Parties or Events: Our home is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Noise, unruly behavior, and loud music will result in the forfeiture of your reservation and possible additional fees.
✔ Cleanliness: Additional fees up to $250 may apply if the unit is left in an unreasonable state.
✔ Items Not Returned: A $300 charge applies for each unreturned item, including keys, fobs, and parking passes.
✔ Firearms/Weapons: No firearms or weapons are allowed on the property. Violations may result in eviction and additional fees.
✔ Community Guidelines: This is a residential community, and respect for the space and common areas is required. Noise, unlawful activity, and disrespectful behavior will lead to forfeiture of your reservation and additional fines.
