We were getting together to chat and catch up and the house was great for that. My dog liked exploring the backyard and walks around the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Allen provided all the information needed prior to check in and it was a breeze.
We stayed at this property for a quick evening when we arrived into Charlotte. The neighborhood was gorgeous and the property was very easy to find! It was very quaint but the perfect size for us!
Check in process was very easy. Inside was clean with comfortable beds. Only complaints were shower curtain liner was a little moldy and the grass needed mowing out back. I would still recommend though.
The outside of the property made it hard to find at first, but the inside was very well maintained. The atmosphere was very comfortable and the house is situated in a lovely neighborhood. We had a great time! Would stay again.
I booked this property as a place for my girlfriends and I to stay while visiting a local friend. The house had what we needed in terms of dishes, towels, etc. and the beds were comfortable. The house could use one more full length mirror, as that was hard with all of us girls trying to get ready. Overall the place was fine for what we needed it for.
Comfortable bed, nice living room, awkward water situation
Overall the communication with the property manager was great! They were proactive about check-in and gave ways for us to contact them with problems. TV/Netflix worked, location was close to a Publix, which I appreciated. The hot tub wouldn't go warmer than 88 degrees for us (which isn't particularly hot) and the shower's hot knob spins 360 degrees and only works for a part of it (we had to do some weird reverse-engineering to figure out how to get hot water out, and that didn't go very hot either).I appreciate the property was clean and pet-friendly, but it did leave a bit to be desired.
This Farmhouse style home was great for out few nights in Charolette. It was clean and in good neighborhood. We had our 2 dogs so fenced in back yard was nice. Beds were great. It could use a little loving care in some places , appliances can use some upgrades, Ice maker didn’t work, grass in back yard was high, makes it hard to find Dog poop! But I would stay again had charm
Property manager was understanding when we had to bring our dog, even though it was late notice, he also allowed us to check in early. With that being said, when we walked around the house, we noticed the bed was not made, the sheets were dirty, and there were damp towels hanging up next to shower..

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Unflattering but honest review
The reviews of the location, cleanliness, and cuteness of the property won us over, but the photos did not describe the reality. The pictures make the house seem updated, but the house doesn’t seem level, and the outside of the house look like it needs a lot of TLC (especially compared to the massive and beautiful houses on the rest of the street). It is in a wonderful location and we had no problems with the air/heat/water/TV/beds, but structurally and visually the house was not as pleasing as we expected. Other minor things that need updating/repairs: broken bathroom soap dispenser, hot water handle in the bathtub needs to be fixed (though you can figure out how to make it work), and the water wasn’t draining well in the bathroom sink.
Comfortable small house. Couches and beds were very comfortable. Very convenient to everything in the south end. Would have been a bit better if some of the knobs on the kitchen drawers and cabinets had been replaced vs. being bare screws (b) there were ice trays so we could make some ice (given that it was 90 degrees). Also, luckily we were not cooking much but the lack of a dishwasher…
Nice property, it was clean and suited our needs for our stay. However, missing some basic items such as dish soap, and no dishwasher. Also the yard needed some maintenance
The property was quiet and in a great location. Both beds and the sofa bed were comfortable for me and my family. The hot tub was enjoyable and backyard was bigger than I expected. Overall it was a great place to stay!
The house was just as described. We appreciate the owner's candor about it being a work in progress. Best sharp knives of any rental ever! Bathtub needs a plug. Great fenced yard for our granddog.
