We also have a Pool and a jacuzzi available for your amazing stay! Our property is very quiet and is a place to chill out and enjoy a peaceful Stay. Here in our property you will be able to enjoy Nature and have the opportunity to see artless 50 types of different birds species. La parada house also offer breakfast for a additional Cost and A Free Transportation from or to the Airport

Why they chose this property
The peace and Tranquility of this Neighborhood. Our house is very very Prívate and Neighbors houses are far Away. Received Visits of over 50 different types of Birds on daily basis. The weather is the Best you can ever imagine in Costa Rica. Here in the quiet Neighborhood of Concepcion is cold at night between 15c to 20c and during the day is sunny from 20c up to 30c. Our Neighborhood also has one of the Lowest Crime Rates in Costa Rica. Is an idea Family home or a trip with friends.
What makes this property unique
Only house in this neighborhood that has a private professional Gym. A Tennis Court Soccer Field, Basketball Court. Jacuzzi and swimming pool. We have everything to be call a mini Resort. We also offer Professional Tennis Training and Soccer Training for kids.
