Atv/Snowmobile trail next to property. 4 miles to Flagstaff Lake Town beach. 25 minutes to Sugarloaf Mountain. 15 minutes to Appalachian trail. Lots to do and see in the area. Access to Dead River thru campground for water activities. Great fishing, hiking and hunting.
