About this property

Eustis Village Camp - Snowmobiling, Fishing, Hunting, Hiking, ATVing, Sugarloaf

Offering our Eustis, Maine camp for rent. Access snowmobile and ATV trails from our property. Within 20 minutes you could be enjoying the activities in store for you in Carrabassett Valley including Sugarloaf, mountain biking, and hiking several 4000 footers. Camp abuts the North Branch of the Dead River near a small hydro dam. You can canoe or kayak upstream from the dam or downstream into Flagstaff Lake. Not to mention the many fishing and hunting opportunities the area has to offer.

Our camp is four doors down from Trails End Restaurant. Camp is an older house with plenty of character. Five Star Resort - no, but plenty comfortable for a group of six. Driveway plenty large to accommodate three pickups with snowmobile trailers during the winter months.

If you are looking for a party house, please move on to the next listing. If you are looking for a place to gather with family and friends, give us a try.

About the host

Host profile image
My wife and I are both retired Mainers. We are both avid snowmobilers and have three children and five grandchildren who ski. Purchasing property in Eustis allows our family to participate in the winter activities we enjoy.

Although originally purchased for the winter months, we have come to enjoy Camp year-round.

Why they chose this property

Camp is located in an area referred to as Eustis Village. Groomed snowmobile trails are found at the rear of our property. Eustis Village Road is an ATV access trail. Trails End Restaurant is a very short walk away. Pine Market is less than two miles away and Fotter's Market is six miles away.

Camp is a short 13-mile, 20-minute drive from Camp. The Appalachian Trail Crosses Route 27 ten miles from Camp. The area is a great hiking destination with several 4000 footers within a 20-minute drive from Camp.

The North Branch of the Dead River abuts our property to the rear where a small hydro dam is located. We can canoe and kayak either upstream from the dam or downstream into Flagstaff Lake.
