outside, good. inside completely unimpressed with the cleanliness of the property, A/C never appeared to work downstairs, blinds were broken/did not work, fridge was dirty inside, stove was filthy, under the beds was covered in trash, and had never by the look of them never been cleaned, one of the bedsheets was dirty,
Our group of 5 stayed very comfortably in this house. It suited our needs and was in a very quiet neighborhood. The property owner was easy to communicate with. The property was convenient to our different destinations around OKC.

Not a place I would stay again
The house was dated and dirty.
Sheet had stains and lots of dust.
AC needs to be updated. Very hot and humid I the house. Smelled musty and like something died in backyard.
Very disappointed.
The place worked well for our family; however, we had an excess of roaches particularly in the kitchen. We also found them in other parts of the house, like in our closet in the top floor bedroom. One other somewhat minor issue was that there are no shape knives for doing any real cooking. We were a little turned off as it was due to the roaches, so we didn’t get into cooking. It helped to keep what food we purchased in the refrigerator. The other issue was the heating system. When set on 64 to 66 degrees Fahrenheit the 1st and 2nd levels were freezing, and the top floor master bedroom was way over heated. We tried closing the ceiling vents on the top floor; however, they did not work. It would have been a big help if the ceiling vents worked as well as if we could open a window. The windows were all painted shut. We tried turning down the heat and the 1st and 2nd level rooms were so cold we had to turn the heat up. We did not have enough blankets to compensate. Not sure I would want to stay there again; however, I would reach out to get confirmation the house is exterminated as I know this is an issue in older OKC neighborhoods.
This property was very cute, the property manager was friendly. It’s older than what I expected but still charming! The area is typical OK. Some streets kept up better than others but not unsafe. It was pretty central and not too far from anything.
Our only complaint is that a couple of the beds had sheets with stains on them, a couple of dirty towels were left hanging, and the dish washing sponges and scrubs were used and not new. We had a couple that has renting anxiety and due to the dirty sheets, decided to go ahead and stay at a hotel, while still having chipped in for the vrbo. So I am disappointed with their experience but personally I enjoyed the house.
