LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This house is centrally located just minutes away from gorgeous beaches, golf courses and parks. 2 minutes from Downtown Gardens and the Gardens Mall with fine restaurants, ample shopping and plenty of family entertainment.
Minutes from Whole foods, Publix and Trader Joe's.
15 min from Palm Beach International Airport and Downtown West Palm Beach.
TRUE TO THE PICTURES, recently remodeled, with new furniture, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is designed with your comfort in mind. Large, comfortable living room, 3 smart TVs, Fast WI-FI, Kitchen with all the essentials, new, comfortable queen size beds with all white linens, white comforters, reading lights, and games for the whole family.
Fully fenced big backyard, screened patio with additional dinning area, and fire pit.
A separate, attached private suite is also available for rent. This separate, private suite has it's own entrance and DOES NOT have access to the house, it's amenities or the fenced back yard. As a separate listing, the suite has also its own designated parking area.

ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

This house is in a quite residential neighborhood, so absolutely no parties, no events, no extra guests and no loud noises please.

Guests, have exclusive access to the whole house and the private, fenced backyard. The code of the electronic lock will be provided on check in day, at 9:00am.
A separate, attached private suite is also available for rent. This separate, private suite has it's own entrance and DOES NOT have access to the house, it's amenities or the fenced back yard. The suite has also its own designated parking area.

Great communication. Very clean and welcoming home. My daughter and I stayed here with a friend, for a week during Christmas. Everything you could ever need is 6 minutes away. Whole Foods or Publix for groceries if you’re staying for a while. subculture for coffee is a must, all just 6 minutes away in downtown at the gardens.We even hosted dinner for with family we were visiting. Had s’mores at the fire pit, and lots of quality hang time in the covered porch area. Willl definitely stay here again, as we visit the area frequently.

Palm Beach Gardens Vacation

This property was very nice and welcoming. We loved the fact there was a fenced yard and no balcony, especially with a four year old. Enjoyed the fire pit and large spacious rooms- The rented space in the garage area was a surprise as we did not know we couldn’t use the garage. We were aware of another rental being in the property but wasn’t sure it was the garage converted. All and all it was a great spot for us. If I had to change anything, I would sleep on the opposite side of the house away from others renters. Hearing the other renters through the walls as I am sure they heard us, was a little strange at times.

The Property was just okay...

The property had adequate provisions in terms of towels dishes etc, however the floors were dirty and there was nothing to clean it with. We expected to rent the entire house as described on the listing however a portion of the house was another rental space, with a person snoring and keeping us up an entire night. I thought the listing to be misleading. I messaged the host directly, instead of writing a review initially, however I received no response...hence the review.
