There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the home. Juno Beach is a 15 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 10 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The Palm Beach Outlets are located off Hwy 95 and are only 15 minutes away from the home. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 20 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is about 45 minute away.

The large living room has an entertainment center complete with large smart TV and complimentary high speed 600mbps WiFi. The master bedroom is furnished with king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two double beds. Both bedrooms have ample closet space (both have a walk-in closet), large windows for bright, airy rooms. Each bedroom is appointed with a smart TV and has its own full bathroom (master bathroom has a walk in shower & guest bathroom has adjacent tub/shower). In addition, hairdryers are supplied in the bathrooms for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The kitchen is bright and fully equipped for gourmet cooking! You'll find all the necessary appliances supplied including coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The stackable washer/dryer is located off the kitchen with an iron and ironing board for your convenience (in the closet). The separate dining room seats six comfortably with room for more at the breakfast bar. Enjoy beautiful views from your large, private outdoor patio furnished with a patio table, chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment, as well as a gas grill complete with all the utensils you'll need for outdoor cooking.

Parking: two spaces available; trucks, commercial vans, RVs, motorcycles are not permitted to park within complex overnight.
