We loved this house. The location was perfect for walking to town, Castle Danger Brewery and the lighthouse. We also did some hiking and it was a great central location to access some great trails with a short car ride.
Cute house.Close to Lake Superior, lighthouse and public boat ramp. Two Harbors is a nice quiet town. Really enjoyed walking around. Several parks and a downtown area, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. All good.

Thank you very much Canden! We enjoyed hosting you and hope you book with us again.
Great home base for exploring the beautiful North Shore, and convenient access to shops, restaurants, necessities, etc. in Two Harbors. Anna's quick response to our questions was appreciated. Also enjoyed the warm, cozy feeling the "fireplace" provided during the all day snowstorm on our last day!
Everything worked out great. Our crew wanted to get away from the hotels after staying at them for the last couple months while working on the north shore. We were happy with how it all worked out!

Thank you for your review! We appreciate the crew staying with us during their trip.
Just needed a few days away from life. Always wanted to experience the Lake area in spring. Two noses checked… relaxing space, plenty of comfy seating and eating space. Do recommend for a small family(4ish).
The house in Two Harbors was a great location from which to visit our favorite spots on the North Shore. Good kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. Nice neighborhood; we enjoyed watching the deer that visited the yard.

We had a great time with our adult kids at this home away from home. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make a meal or hang out. Extra touches like firestarters and color additives for the bon fire was so fun! Walked to Agate Bay and enjoyed the museum and hunting for agates. Golf was very close too. Relaxing even with the creaking floors which were fun! Would stay again!
Harbor House was lovely. Nice location easy walk to two beaches and downtown restaurants. Very well set up and stocked like a high end hotel. Host was very responsive and helpful.
We especially enjoyed coffee and happy hour on the front porch.
Would recommend this house to anyone visiting the North Shore.
Very nice quaint historic home in downtown Two Harbors. Location is fantastic as you can walk to lighthouse and downtown restaurants but also access north shore activities. The owners provide extra little touches that make it stand out from normal rental: coffee, tea and hot chocolate, snacks, nice toilet paper! Overall a fabulous place.
Stayed here for a girls weekend and had a fantastic time. Communication was great starting at the time of booking. House was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. No crazy cleaning tasks upon check-out. Location was perfect, it was a short drive to restaurants, coffee, gas station and grocery store.

Great place to stay in Two Harbors!
Even though it was hot & humid, they had fans to help in lower level and AC units in upstairs bedrooms.
Loved the front porch with the swing!

Hi there! Born and raised in Russia, I have been enjoying life in the Midwest since 2001. Having learned about the Lake Superior all the way across the world, it was simply surreal to move to Minnesota and to visit it in person. Fast forward many years, not only do we get to visit Lake Superior more often, we get to share this historic home with fellow travelers. We hope you enjoy it!
Why they chose this property
Two Harbors is an amazingly convenient cute small town! When visiting, you can spend the day exploring town or drive up the shore to the beautiful state parks rich with waterfalls, lakeview and deep forests. One cannot find a better place to decompress from the busy life and re-connect with nature.
What makes this property unique
Harbor House is a cozy home, filled with light and cozy atmosphere, in close proximity to the magnificent Lake Superior . You can feel the presence of the past in small details of the home and yet enjoy the modern amenities that we are used to these days.
