Welcome to our charming desert home in a quiet residential neighborhood of Estrella Mountain Ranch! Relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets, hiking and biking trails, a golf course, 2 lakes, 2 resort pools, lap pool, 2 gyms, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts and parks with playground equipment. You’ll be just minutes away from Tres Rios Golf Course, Goodyear Spring baseball, Phoenix Raceway and State Farm Stadium, plus the entire Phoenix valley for restaurants, entertainment and shopping.
Our 1800 sq. ft. 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is in a cul-de-sac with an inviting saltwater pool and large in-ground spa. Our home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, a whole house water softening and filtration system with reverse osmosis purified drinking water, Two TVs with 4k FireStick and FOS Streaming service and a third small TV with a FireStick, Wifi, washer and dryer, dining table for 6, comfortable seating throughout and a small office space with desk, chair and printer for remote work. There is a King Bed, a Queen Bed and 2 twin beds to accommodate 6 guests. Outside you can enjoy the private backyard oasis with patio, pool, and spa. (Please note pool heating is not included, but is available for a fee upon request) There is a patio table with seating for 6, a BBQ a fire table and additional lounge and chair seating.
