Welcome to this spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit in the heart of downtown Cleveland. The open-concept kitchen, living, & dining space boasts tall ceilings, comfortable and stylish furnishings / decor.

The apartment is walking distance to several of Cleveland`s best restaurants and entertainment including the East Bank of the Flats. The building offers a brand new gym, in-unit laundry, and options for downtown parking.

This fully stocked and tastefully decorated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
The building, elevator, and hallway to the unit can be accessed without stairs.

Upon entering the unit, the bathroom with tub & free laundry closet (iron & board) will be on your left. The bathroom has essentials including shampoo/ conditioner and hair dryer should you have accidentally left yours at home!

You will then walk up two steps to the king bedroom with desk and TV (which doubles as a monitor for your laptop) followed by a queen bedroom on your left.

You will continue down two steps to the open-concept living, dining, & kitchen space. Each bedroom has a fan located in the closet and one closet includes a pack-and-play if you brought your little ones along for the stay!

The open-concept living and dining room features a 55` HD TV, extremely comfortable couch and chair, and a dining table for 4. The fully stocked kitchen has some basics if you want to stay in and cook and a coffee station should you want to fuel up and head out for a great day downtown.

Guests will have access to the lobby of the building which provides steps or an elevator up to your unit.
On the lower level of the building, guests will also have access to the gym, commercial laundry space, and the dog wash.
There is an option for paid parking on the premises in a lot. (max of 2 cars) Please note that the gate can remain open at times and the lot is not covered.

Within the unit, the guest have access to all areas, except for two hall closets marked with `Do not enter` signs. These have the apartments mechanicals and the clean staff`s supplies.

Located in a quaint area of downtown Cleveland. Very Close walk to everything the city has to offer.

We are located in the heart of downtown Cleveland. It is a very walkable location but its easy to rent a scooter or bike as well.

This unit is located in an apartment building that also is home to regular tenants. Because there are multiple units in the building, occasionally sound may travel from the hallway or other units to this unit.
The hallway, lobby and elevator/ stairs, gym, and dog wash are all shared spaces.

Building / Unit Quirks:
- Elevator: The digital elevator screen will display one floor higher than the floor you have selected. For example if you press `3` to go to the third floor, the screen will display a `4` when it stops on the third floor. You can verify that you are on the correct floor by looking at the floor sign on the right when the elevator door opens. The floor numbers are also displayed on the door to access the hallway to your unit. LL is the lower level with the gym, commercial washers/ dryers, and dog wash (screen will display 1).

- Steps: There are two steps up to the hallway for the bedrooms in each unit and two steps down to the common space (two on either side of the hallway for 4 total) .

- Parking: There is no free parking for this area. If you are bringing a vehicle, we offer paid parking in a lot (max of 2 cars). Please note that the gate can remain open at times and the lot is not covered. Please reach out for this information.

- Locked Building: The front door to the apartment is locked. If you are getting a delivery or waiting for the other guests to arrive, you will need to go down to the 1st floor to let them into the building.

📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚨 Access Info: To enter the building and parking lot, guests must download a Verkada Pass mobile app (invite sent by email). Guests must provide an active email address to receive the app invite.
- No parties or events
- No smoking, vaping, or burning ANYTHING inside our home. Any smell/ evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee
- Check out is at 11am sharp. Every 15 minutes passed the 10am check out will result in a $25 fee. (i.e. Guest check outs at 10:45am they will be charge $75). Late check outs do not allow enough time for our cleaners to prepare for the next guest.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am.
- Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay.
- Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home. If uninvited guests are found to be at the property, the guest will immediately be asked to leave with no refund.
- Guest may incur additional charges for unfollowed check out instructions or breaking house rules.

-Approval of a max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. NO CATS ALLOWED.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

The rental was very cozy and secure. It was stocked with all the essentials needed for the stay and the renters responded quickly Everytime I had a question. Also it is great for people who want to enjoy downtown nightlife because there is a lot of business and shops in walking distance.

Perfectly located in Cleveland

This is a great spot for a couple or two couples to enjoy downtown Cleveland. It is close to great food, the casino, the Browns stadium, Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and the Flats. If you can walk a little you can see everything or take the public transportation. The unit is clean, beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with everything we neededin the kitchen and bathroom. Enjoyed it a lot, I would stay again.

Stay in downtown Cleveland

This was an ideal location to stay in downtown Cleveland. I attended a multi-day conference at the Huntington Convention Center, and was travelling with my family. Finding hotel space for my family is often difficult in downtown areas, so a multi-bedroom apartment within walking distance was ideal. The check-in process at this location was little convoluted-- this was due to security measures for a private apartment building with an adjacent private parking lot. The electronic keypad stopped working during our stay, but the hosts were immediately responsive, at it posed only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise, would highly recommend this location for a group of 2-5 people if visiting downtown Cleveland.

Nice apartment, good location. Would stay again.

Great location and a comfy apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with essentials and thoughtful extras like a first aid kit and umbrella. Our toddler also really appreciated the board games in the living room. The beds were comfortable as well. There were a few maintenance/cleaning issues when we arrived. When the host checked in after our first night, I told them about the issues, and they took care of the cleaning issues that day and seemed intent on fixing the maintenance issues soon. There was a bit of typical apartment noise from other tenants in the building, but nothing too disruptive. Parking is available in the gated lot across the street for $25/day with in & out privileges, and street parking is free on the weekends. Hosts respond quickly and the check-in process was straightforward if you read the directions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay again.
