Enjoy a yard game with the whole family (or your fur-baby) in the spacious yard of this triple sized lot. This newly renovated serene Florida vacation home offers something for everyone.

About the Property
At just over a half an acre, the unique and inviting property is situated on 180 feet of waterfront. Our plant loving guests appreciate the lush tropical landscaping, banana groves, and a 100 year old staghorn fern. Bring your boat or rent one nearby to enjoy the natural beauty & wildlife found along the Caloosahatchee River. Catch a breathtaking view of sunset every evening over the water. Fishing poles and tackle are provided for guest use. Yard games provided include bocce ball and ladder ball.


About the Home
This luxury home has just undergone total renovation including high end upgrades, designer furnishings, and thoughtful coastal decor. The graceful design and layout of the River Ranch lends itself perfectly for versatile use ; creating an ideal vacation home for families, pet-owners, or anyone looking for a serene waterfront retreat.

The Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream equipped with all quartz countertops, custom maple cabinetry, and all new stainless steel appliances including oversized refrigerator with ice maker, range with glass cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. Reverse osmosis system provides pure drinking water. Countertop appliances include toaster, blender, slow cooker, hot kettle, and coffee maker. Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, cookware, and cooking utensils are provided, as well as a variety of spices and cooking oil. Welcome basket includes a variety of teas, ground coffee (regular + decaf), sugar, stevia, & honey.

Bathrooms have designer-grade fixtures, including dual-purpose rainfall showerheads in the walk-in tile showers. Fine bed and bath linens are included. Every bedroom, as well as the Florida Room and Living Room, is equipped with a wall mounted Roku Smart TV.

Fabulous pool and home for family time

We had our 5 year old grand daughter traveling with us. We really wanted a pool at the home we stayed at. This pool was so perfect we spent two days of our trip just hanging out at the house together. It was very clean and set up was great for adult children and grand daughter.

Lovely space

Came for a long weekend to be close to my daughter’s baby shower. It was just right in every way. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is cute. The linens are special And every bed was super comfortable. Anything we needed we found. We also spent a lot of time on the lanai and hanging in the pool. Absolutely stunning residence, exceptionally clean and decorated as if I was staying in my own luxury home. Very spacious and actually could house multiple families and have their own gathering spaces within. Owner was responsive to my messages to them... things happen and the fridge actually was on the blink. Owner offered to have fridge serviced while I was there, but I felt no need since I was rarely going to be there and had a cooler packed with ice for my furries food. Owner immediately offered the keycode to enter the garage where they had a spare fridge and offered me the use of that fridge. I totally helped me out. I seriously am going to utilize this residence for every return visit as it was so close to everything. RATE this residence at the highest rating possible. What a wonderful stay we had at this home! This lovely pool home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, making it the perfect place to relax. It is beautifully decorated, while still keeping comfort in mind. The master bathroom alone is enough to make you want to book it. I truly have renovation ideas because of it's luxury. The check in was a breeze and the owners were very responsive with any questions that we had. There was a large driveway for parking, with several grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. Make sure to check out the owners recommendations for restaurants. We loved The Boathouse Tiki bar & Grill and Jonesez BBQ.

While there was a small check-in issue when we arrived, Rachel quickly resolved the problem and made it right. The property has nice subtle touches - large, quality beach and bath towels, brand bath and shower products, lovely interior decor and lighting, and is on a large quiet lot with nice landscaping. While Ft. Myers Shores is further away from the beaches than we realized, this property is a great spot that exceeded expectations. We would recommend the property.

Loved our stay!

After having another Vrbo cancel the day before my flight from NY, I found this listing and I’m so glad I did!! My family met up there from 3 different states and everyone was raving about the place! We had plenty of room for everyone, the kids of all ages (adults too) loved the pool and hot tub! Thoughtful touches meant the world, there’s games, fishing gear, sunscreen, pool toys and yard games kept everyone entertained. The extra sitting area/living room meant the kids could play games while the adults watched a movie. The huge yard was amazing and the kids loved it. The lanai is where we spent most of our time and it’s set up to be very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy, and they replied in a very timely manner too! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with my family and if we come back to the area I will definitely look here first!

Fabulous Home!

This was an amazing oasis for us! There's nothing better than floating in a beautiful pool and seeing boats/water while doing so! The outside space behind this house was so serene- we spent the day in the pool/on the loungers/even down on the dock to watch the sunset! So lovely and well cared for. Our hosts went out of their way to answer any questions and were so responsive! The home itself was so comfortable and perfectly laid out that we never felt crowded. The master bath was AMAZING and the pictures really don't do it justice. You will not be dissapointed in this beautiful home and I would book this anytime I was in the Ft Myers area! Best of all- you are not constantly paying tolls everytime you leave the house! Something I've run into many times when staying in Cape Coral.

Great property, super clean and amazing host.

I booked this property for a family trip with my husband and 2 older teens. We were going for Spring Training and the location was excellent less than 30 minutes to the park. Everything was great. The property is super comfortable and nicely laid out. There are 2 living room spaces with plenty of seating which made it great for the kids to play games and the adults to relax. Rachel was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. She has the house supplied with everything you could need. Plenty of dishes, outside games, board games, coffee, spices etc. She even had a sunscreen and aloe available. You literally just need to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste because everything is there for you. The pool area is excellent and the outside seating area really comfortable. We loved the dock and rented a boat from Sunny Cape Homes for a day. They delivered and picked up right to the dock at the house. I would go back to any home Rachel and Kyle list in a heartbeat. We were kind of sad to have to leave Thank you both for sharing your home.
