We loved the house. Very clean and open. We did have a little issue with pool screens being ripped and pool dirty, but that was completely understandable with the strong weather days before we arrived. Jay handled it right away the pool cleaning company come back out even though they were there just two days prior and the screens were fixed a couple days after. We completely understand this was a weather issue and not from neglect.. we would like to say this house stayed cool even in the extreme heat and we stay every year in Cape Coral and this was our second trip in 6 weeks and this is never the case. Thank you for having us and we would like to stay again.

The property itself was perfect, very clean and comfortable . It was secluded but with a view and only a short drive to the hustle/tourist areas. Would highly recommend staying again!

Amazing

We had an amazing trip. Home was just as described. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including tissues which came in very handy! The view from the master bedroom of the water and bridge was amazing from morning through night. Jay was amazing to work with. Very quick to respond and very helpful. Will stay again!
