The backyard is a shared space with the upstairs tenants.
Guest access
You Have the full access to your unit and backyard.
You are welcome to enjoy the big, fenced backyard (about 3 feet height)
Let your children and animals play, but they need to be watched respectfully.
You also need to pick up after your animals.

Do Not Leave Your Animals Alone in the House.
