The stay was amazing! The hosts were very accommodating and very fast with responding to my messages as well! The place itself was amazing as well! Loved the gaming room most of all. My friends and I plan on booking again as well!
Very comfortable & clean with updated decor. Amenities were great. Fun to explore. I wish we could’ve stayed and hung out around the place but we were just there overnight. Well worth the stay.
The house was very spacious. I loved the comfy bed and pillows. A must for an enjoyable stay. The added comforts of q-tips, make up removers, etc was a nice touch. The location of the house was confidently located to everything we wanted to do but was in a quiet area free of noise.
My friends and I had an excellent time here. The property was well maintained and we settled right in. Kate was available to us and regularly checked in up to and during our stay.
The location was perfect for the race track. Quiet, but close to attractions and shopping. Lots of things to do on the property and fully equipped with lots of unexpected amenities. We would definantly stay here again.
Seamless, very very clean, and extremely thoughtful touches like black towels for makeup, microwave popcorn, and a book with local restaurants! We loved our stay. Very comfortable beds also! What a treat!
This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to enjoy Kansas City and return to a calm and nicely put together house every evening. With plenty room for all of us to sleep. The fire pit and games provided were a nice perk. Only complaint was the Glade fresheners and Fabreze used.
I do not have one complaint about our stay at this property.
Home was very clean and very well set up for guests.
One night I grilled using the propane grill available and then also cooked breakfast one morning. Property had everything needed as far as dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, grilling utensils, etc.
I highly recommend!!!
Kate’s place was great. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location is secluded, but very accessible and just a short drive to Legends, Mercy Park, and KS Speedway. The property is recently updated and was nicely decorated. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware to prepare meals. We made dinner and breakfast in the spacious kitchen and it felt just like home. We needed to contact the host and got a very quick response, even though it was late at night. I would definitely book this property again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!
Had a bit of trouble finding the house, however when we did it looked small. However, upon entering the home we found open areas and a basement for the kids to roam and play games. The house actually fit us to the T. It was across from a moose lodge/Bar which had sum traffic but not too bad. The stock tank isn't open all the time to sit in. We misunderstood site and thought it was hooked to a filter system and thought it was a heated pool or hot tub - but was not. Property was nice. Owner responds almost immediately. All and All - a place to unwind.
