Wonderful VRBO in a great location!

My family of 5 stayed for 2 nights while in town for an event. The place was brand new and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living room were perfect for hanging out and spending time together. We enjoyed our stay very much!! Will definitely come back the next time we need to travel here!

Great place to stay very clean and nice and homey. My only complaint is that where they have you park there are some trees at this time of year got a lot of debris and drippings on my car. Trimming those trees back would be a good idea.

Cute and comfy

Dawn-Marie was very responsive to questions. The guesthouse was well maintained and super clean. We liked that the bedrooms and bathrooms were separated for more privacy. The mattress was very comfortable and the shower had phenomenal water pressure. We appreciated having coffee and creamer provided as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!

Apartment was clean , cute, and comfortable. The interior of the home was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, which is a plus. The only disappointment was the outside. We were looking forward to having coffee outside on the patio that was shown in the picture. Unfortunately, it was a mess, and was not usable. Weeds, trash, and giant piles of brush everywhere If the exterior area was nicer, it would have been a five star stay.

Really nice place but could hear upstairs tennant walking, coughing, and sometimes talking. He wasn't there much, but it is a consideration.

3 generation trip

My parents, my toddler, and I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights while seeing family in the KC area. It was more than enough space for the 3 adults to relax and the toddler to run. The location was close to great parks and restaurants. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond. You could hear whomever lives upstairs occasionally when they were home, but we went in understanding that would be possible and took advantage of sound machines. We will definitely stay again and recommend it.

Perfect option for our overnight visit to KC! Appreciated so much the "no pet" policy due to anaphylactic allergy. Unit was just as pictured, clean & well decorated, ample towels & washcloths, plenty of dishes. Close to a full range of retail shops and restaurants in an older but nice area.
