Charming 1926 family friendly Spanish house in the Hollywood Hills.

This house is only available for monthly rentals from July 1 2024 to September 30, 2024. It's a beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 bathroom family home on a quiet dead end street minutes away from busy Hollywood blvd. Have a fun filled day at Universal Studios (10 minutes away) and then enjoy a relaxing evenings or day around a solar heated pool. The newly landscaped backyard is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of downtown LA, play ping pong, gather around the fire pit for drinks or cook meals on the outdoor grill.
The house has a unique inner courtyard with its own fountain and fireplace and is another perfect place to dine. The front terrace is another quiet spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.
The house sleeps 4-6 very comfortably and has all the amenities that a family on vacation would want.
