There's no better LA stay than this gorgeous space
My husband and I wanted to explore the option of splitting time between our home town and LA, so we were excited to come across Steven's home. This space is located right next to the 101, giving us incredibly easy access to anywhere else in LA County, which was great for everything from entertainment, to grocery shopping, to meetings. As someone with a permanent remote position, I found it easy to conduct my daily work duties at the kitchen table with the option of enjoying the outdoor patio area. In addition to the space and neighborhood, Steven is an overall amazing host. I hope to cross paths with him again on our next LA adventure

About the host
Hosted by Steven
I am a film producer, talent manager and president of an award winning Indie Film Production company which I founded approximately 25 years ago. I've produced a diverse range of feature films, gravitating towards stories that examine the human condition, often in a less than conventional manner When not in production, I develop and package new projects. In addition to the entertainment business, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have a passion for architecture, travel, art, cooking and real estate. I devote a good portion of my time to managing several vacation rental properties I own in Palm Springs and Hawaii as well as commercial and residential real estate in LA and Palm Springs. My partner and I have an extremely cute Shiba-Inu puppy named MIKA. She loves other dogs, so we're always happy to host guests that have a pet that might keep Mika company when we're not around. I've owned this home in Whitley Heights for many years. Restoring it to it's original glory has been a huge passion and I've always loved having guests who appreciate it's beauty and charm.
Why they chose this property
The unit has only been available a few times in 30 years and has previously only rented unfurnished. I've always enjoyed the tenants I've had over the years, so I recently decided to furnish the unit, as I thought it would be enjoyable to host others working in the industry as well as vacationers that have an appreciate historic properties and have a love of the Hollywood area.
Includes Basic TV Channels, HBO, Showtime & High Speed Internet.
For those that are super busy, meal service, laundry service and regular cleanings are available at an additional fee.
