Stayed here for Daytona 500 and speed week. Great location on Daytona Beach...only 2 miles from the pier. Host was very quick to answer questions. The kitchen appliances were nice, it was well stocked and had several extra small appliances (toaster, air fryer, etc.). Planning to stay here again for the 2027 Daytona 500.

Great vacation

This place was a great stay! The owner was very easy to talk to. I had to cancel my original dates, and rebook with no problem. Checking in was super easy!! Everything was provided in the condo for a family of 6. The place was clean and spacious. Being on the first floor was a huge perk!! I would definitely stay again!

Disappointed in Owner

My stay was cut short due to family emergency after first week. Had to come home because my mother who was coming the last three weeks of a month rental was put in hospice unexpected. Reached out to property manager to see if I could atleast cancel my last two weeks of a month rental being it was a minimum of two week rental. Owner would not allow. Make sure you get insurance if you book this place. They are not understanding.

We were very understanding with this family our hearts went out to them. They unfortunately had to leave because of a family emergency. They requested that we allow some of their friends to occupy the unit since they could not. We accommodated their wish. Their friends left early and then they asked for a refund. I explained that the unit could not be rerented with short notice and possibly the owner would let them stay another time if the unit was free.
